Do they do beautiful invitations? Yes they do. Do they have unique, one of a kind, gorgeous things in their store? Yes they do. Their customer service, however, is terrible. The girls/daughters who work here are not very polite. I don’t expect to have a conversation with you & become your best friend and I understand you’re running a business, a very successful one, but smile for 30 seconds of your life and be friendly. I also happen to notice when I was in their store they didn’t pay much attention to me or ask if I was looking for anything in particular. However, miss glamorous, fat diamond wearing, blinged out 35 year old super model mom comes in with her YSL bag, Christian Louboutins, fat diamond ring and the girls drop everything they are doing. I’m assuming she was a regular because they knew her name and we’re embarrassingly kissing her ass. It is safe to assume this woman was rich. Treat people equally– not everyone wears their money.

The invitations are decent but they need to work on their customer service. It doesn’t feel like they gave our wedding invitations urgency despite our situation. About 2 months for a proof that was assembled the morning of our showing, and almost a week to create a leaflet that was simply to modify the bridal party list. This delayed our Invitations even further. We got some attitude also when it came to picking these up. They said that the leaflets were ready but didn’t call to let us know. Mind you, we called every day to ask for a status update. I’ll say they have a good product, and it comes at a price, but it didn’t seem like they were willing to rush the orders nor accommodate anyone with a short timeline. I mean, I’m sure they have a process but, it felt like they were not willing to modify that process in any shape or form. They weren’t willing to go beyond what their norm and only build the order according to their timeline and no one elses. The attendants are nice until you complicate your order. I mean what do you expect. You make a proof that takes long to make and then there is barely any wiggle room to modify if you don’t like a product that you are paying thousands of dollars for. They did not provide the service I was expecting for the amount we paid. They need to modify their service from one that doesn’t view customer as inconveniences but, to one that caters to their customers and focuses on the satisfaction of their customers. This is one that won’t recommend nor come back.

I had my wedding invitations done here last year. They are very friendly, professional and accommodating with my schedule. My invitations exceeded my expectations and I also had a seating chart and wine bottle labels made as well since I was so pleased. I highly recommend doing business here.
