Royal T Management

Bad management, current manager at Westwood apt is hard to get a hold of, they are spiteful when you file a complaint, they do not to full and proper repairs nor is it done in a timely manner. If big appliances break they get u to replace it and they reimburse you at a later date?! They give tickets out to residents on their vehicles. Pool looks green in summer and they don’t respect 30 day notices by requesting keys over 2 weeks before the date. There used to be good management and fast service but since those managers left several months ago… the apartments have gone downhill with everything being about money and not tending to the residents concerns. When I called to complain with anonymity for a resident I was told they didn’t care because I need to be on a lease and state the apt I’m in to even bring up any concerns to managers or owners… despite me being respectful and submitting a lost of grievances as well as formal complaints. Do not rent here until they start hiring professional management like they had prior. Sadly I had to give it a one star to post a review.

Just an update to let you know that no one has contacted me about the issues I had with my apartment or with their staff.
