I always have a great experience at Prisma Salon. The owner is very welcoming, big smile, and offers me coffee which I love. I always get compliments all over town on my short A-​line haircut and color. Which is nice since to hear, since I went from long to short overnight. Thanks Prisma, Mayra, and Carmen. I think your place is 5-​Star fabulous

Annie is AMAZING! I love, love, love my new cut and color! Been going to her for awhile now. She really pays attention to detail and does what you ask her to do. Highly… highly recommend

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I am highly pi**ed! Erica has cancelled on me twice now. I’ve had to reschedule MY weekend for her! I was thinking of going somewhere else but my friend recommended Erica to me. I should of just went with my 1^st choice. She cancelled because the shower bowls were being replaced. As a person who runs a business she didn’t know this was being done before hand?! WTH! Not a good way to hold up your reputation.

Pros: friendly staff, very willing to help.
Cons:
Massage is ok. Typical Swedish massage.
Mani was very basic, staff didn’t put much effort
Pedi –basic again. No real foot massage/​exfoliating. I got a «rockstar» gel nail gradient pedi which did not turn out as expected. No massage chairs.
Overall this salon seems to be in the startup phase. Not alot of personality to salon /​spa, lack of décor and you don’t have a real sense of relaxation feel.
I will not be a returning customer anytime soon.

Love this place! The little shop in the corner is adorable and the stylists are awesome. My hair is really difficult to work with and she did a great job. Get to know your stylist. The will open on Sunday for you if you need it. I only have one day off a week and it’s the day they are normally closed, but my girl came in for me and provided the best service! I can’t wait to do it again.

I hate to write bad reviews, but when a business warrants it, well what can I do. I bought a Living Social voucher for a mani/​pedi $ 30. Very good deal. That was my initial thought, until I got there. The woman who helped me wasn’t quite ready for me, I wasn’t early. She began working on my hands, I could immediately tell this wasn’t something she did very often. When it came to my cuticles, oh god save me! I’ve had my nails done in the past, admittedly not often, but I know that I’m not supposed to be in pain through this process. I almost told her to stop a couple times, but felt it would be rude. Yes, my own fault. The experience overall was okay, does not compare to those Vietnamese nail shops, no fancy chair, no skilled pedicurist to carefully, painlessly remove my overgrown cuticles. In fact, this place felt like a beauty school.
Here I am two days later, I’m in bed and notice my left big toe feels funny. I examine it with my iPhone flashlight and I find my skin near the cuticle is red and swollen. Great! Thanks Prisma Salon & Spa!?!
