I had a very good experience at this store. They do special ordering there. I was able to find the dress I wanted and the people were very helpul getting the color and size I needed. The price was also very reasonable.

Cons: — Didn’t feel clean(I didn’t try anything on because I just felt off about the cleanliness) — No one pays any attention to you. It took about 5 minutes aimlessly walking around looking at the samples before a man in the back pointed me to a pile of catalogs Pros: — I have none

I rented 13 tuxedos for my wedding. My groomsmen turned in their tuxes. I was in charge of turning in 5. They counted the tuxes and shoes in front of me and said OK. 3 weeks later they’re calling saying one of the 5 tuxes are missing, but they didn’t even give me a receipt to prove them wrong! They better not charge me or else I’m taking them to small claims court!

Hello? Is there anybody in there? These were my Pink Floyd-esque thoughts when my soon-to-be mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and I walked into Priscilla’s Bridal. No one greeted us. No one was even in sight. Oh, well, that shouldn’t stop us, right? We began browsing through the small supply of wedding dresses and, after a few minutes of doing so, the MIL and I almost jumped out of our skin when we turned toward the counter and saw a guy just sitting there with his arms folded, looking at us. Interesting customer service style – maybe something new I haven’t heard about? Shortly after we discovered Silent Man, a lady came out from the rear of the store and asked if she could help us. When I shared the specific designer(Eden) and style numbers I was interested in seeing, she did not reply with, «I’m sorry, we don’t have those styles, but let me show you other dresses with very similar aspects,» or even the lazy way out, «Let me tell you where you can find those dresses.» She said, «We don’t have those.» She didn’t recognize the style numbers, which I probably can’t fault her for, and she did ask me what they looked like. I started to describe them when I saw an Eden catalog on the table and looked up the said style numbers myself. Shouldn’t she have known there was an Eden catalog in plain view, on the table in her store? As an out-of-town visitor, I really like the aesthetics of downtown Fresno. I imagine lots of other brides would flock here if anyone offered customer service, some knowledge, and a cackle of dresses. Good luck to you, Priscilla’s Bridal & Tuxedo. I shan’t see you again.
