I cannot say enough good things about both Dr. Eric Poulsen and his entire office staff. I recently had LASIK completed and I could not have been better taken care of. Dr. Poulsen is extremely knowledgable and truly an expert in his field. In addition, he is compassionate, listens, cares, and puts people at ease. The same can also be said about the other health care providers that work in his office. Each person that interacted with me was thoughtful, kind, and considerate. Also, the office worked like clockwork — everyone was on time and attentive. From this point forward, there is no other eye professional I will go see and I would recommend Dr. Poulsen to all my friends and family. Simply put, from my perspective, he is the absolute best!

I recently had cataract surgery that was done by Dr. Poulsen. I have been a patient for a zillion years. He is kind and takes time with each patient. The down side is the amount of time you have to wait in the office before being seen. My suggestion, schedule your appointment for the beginning of the day, or the first one after lunch.

Dr. Poulsen has been a blessing for us. My grandfather could barely see due to the severity of the cataract in his left eye. After the cataract surgery, my grandfather’s eye sight is almost «perfect».
Staff is polite and friendly and the environment is nice as well.

The office staff is friendly & helpful. The appointment time is kept well. Instructions are clear and in writing. I really like Dr. Poulsen who is friendly, talks in a clear manner to explain the surgery procedure, and is pleasant to family members. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for eye care.

Just had LASIK 10 days ago and my vision is 20⁄20. I’ve never met a more caring doctor and staff. My only regret is that I didn’t do it years ago! Dr Poulsen takes as much time as his patients need answering questions and easing their minds. Jessica, his LASIK coordinator, is awesome. I love that an optometrist (not just an assistant) checked my eyes prior to the procedure and that Dr. Poulsen offers 2 years of free follow– up following the procedure! Great experience!!!
