Just called to order a pizza 9pm 12÷19÷15. The guy who answered the phone was completely rude right off the bat, so much so I couldn’t believe my ears. Who talks to a customer like that? I wasn’t rude to him at all, I did say «who talks to a customer like this?» And asked if I could speak to a manager and he said he was the manager and then hung up me. WOW. At this point there was no way I would ever trust ordering a pizza from this establishment after being treated like this in fear of him spitting in my pizza, that’s how mean he was and how bad I was treated! I don’t understand how an employee can make it to a management position when they’re that rude to their customers right off the bat right when they first call to order a pizza. That’s crazy!

I was calling to place an order the first gentleman that was helping me was nice then somehow someone else got on the phone was very rude to me he was rushing me to place my order wasn’t being very professional that I decided to cancel my order & take my money somewhere else! Poor costumer service I don’t think I’ll ever go there again.

I order from this location often and receive mediocre service and quality of the food. I’ve made my complaints and been given a free pizza a time or two and it seems as if they make those pizzas worse and treat myself worse as a customer for bringing things to their attention.
Today was the first time I walked into the store and now it all adds up. The employees do not communicate well together. They have no knowledge of their menu, they don’t even have one posted in the store! I hope the quality of this store improves as I have enjoyed the few good pizzas I have received from here.

I can’t remember the last time they got our pizza right. Their service is acceptable and they get things here on time. But they incessantly get our pizza wrong. Wrong crust, wrong toppings, overcooked, undercooked, or any number of failures.

Ordered my pizza at 10:28 received my pizza at 10:52… I was really surprised… ordered large combo hand tossed. I love that you can build your own pizza the way you want it on the website. .food was hot fresh and really tasty. they could have cooked my pizza a little longer. Next time I will tell them to cook it a little longer

Worst service ever. Everyone that works there is a complete idiot. First they forgot part of our order and than they gave us the wrong pizzas. When we called to have the right order delivered, I was told to bring the pizza back ourselves. With no car available, we had to take a cab there. I wouldn’t recommend this Pizza Hut to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and Avoid this place. Doesn’t even deserve a single star. I had to take time to make a Unilocal account so I can warn you all how bad this place is.

I ordered online and had a pick up time for 523pm. I showed up at 528, paid and was told my order was cooking still. so we waited and waited and waited some more. At 553 my order was found sitting on the oven. You are better off having it delivered. After getting home we found out our was wrong. we had 2 orders of the cheese bread and got one of those and a dried out rock hard regular bread stix. our pizza was supposed to be a pepperoni lovers add extra cheese lite sauce. We can ended up with a heavy sauce regular pepperoni pizza. Needless to say we will not return to a place that loses your food and gets 90% of it wrong.

Ordered two dipper pizzas (12 $ each) and breadsticks w/​pepsi (5 $ more) this was sufficient for 8 people. I brought out my ranch and they used the marinara it came wth. Customer service was excellent & the food was nice & hot. I ordered over the phone and it took 15 min. I will return when I need food for a gathering again.
