Pizza Hut

Pizza was good, but the inside is very dirty, no trash cans out for dining area, no bathrooms either. Had to ask for a wet rag to wipe down table and chairs for my family.

I always use online ordering and pick it up myself. The online ordering usually has really good deals for this location (2 medium w/​3 topping for $ 12 and one large any-​way-​you want it for $ 10 are my favorite). I a couple of miles away, so picking up is really fast. They’re always ready on time, made as I ordered it. I’ve never had a problem with my orders being wrong, even though I always order multiple toppings with specific combinations on each half of the pizza.
I’m really surprised this pizza hut has such bad reviews. It’s so cheap and so tasty, and I’ve literally gotten pizza here every month for about 2 years and I can’t remember any problems. But maybe that’s because I use online ordering and carryout.

Walk in after I got out of class at 9:30PM, because it’s right next to Fresno City and my boyfriend and I were hungry. Wow, was that a mistake. As soon as we walk in, I see a large man in the back of the restaurant just sitting down texting. And there was one other person working there, who was in the kitchen. Neither of them bothered coming to the front and taking our order. Not greeted at all. They looked like they didn’t want to be there. And after several minutes of standing at the counter waiting to get my order taken, I just left. Fuck that. This is BY FAR the WORST Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Terrible customer service!

Pizza Hut is never consistent. I ordered from this place this afternoon and my pizza came on time but was cold and one if the slices looked like it had been picked up and put back. It was obviously an old pizza cuz the cheese wasn’t even melty, it was cold n kinda hard. Dissatisfied customers once again.

Do not order from here. Called for delivery and they put me on hold for 10 minutes and told me it would be one and a half hours for delivery. Then the guy was really rude and kept misspelling my name even though i spelled it out for him slowly 6 times. I’m not even sure why he needed my name. He was really slow at helping me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered pizza from this place about 30 minutes before sunday night football started. The lady that picked up the phone can barely speak english but she did say we would get our pizza in 45 to an hour. Which is ok because everyone orders pizza before football. But 2 hours later we still didnt receive our pizza so i called back. She said it will be there soon, then another hour have pass. I called back again, she said the delivery driver rang the door bell and called me and we didnt open the door nor pick up our phone.
First of all we were in the living the whole time and my phone never rang. Yes i do have reception how else would i have been able to call the pizza place. She didnt offer anything at all for us waiting and she said we can get our pizza if we would go pick it up. The pizza is probably cold already and i just ended up going to jack in the box after the game. DoNot order from this place EVER!!!
