The city of Fresno closed this golf course about 5 years ago, and that is too bad — it was an excellent training course for beginners and junior golfers.

This place is really pretty, but it’s no longer a golf course. It’s a beautiful place to walk around and enjoy the grass and trees. Ideal for a picnic with your kids or a place to let your dog run around.
I live here by the golf course and I’d like to take this opportunity to ask the members of the community to STOP SWINGING YOUR GOLF BALLS at our houses. If you knock one more golf ball through someone’s window, you run the risk of being chased down the road with broken glass shards.
