Tried their chichurron sandwich today at willow and Shepard. It was so bomb! Loved all the different textures and flavors! I gave four out of five because for 8 dollars it was a little on the small side. It blew dusty buns chicken sandwich out if the water! Can’t wait to try their other items!

I’m a chef in Las Vegas and I came to town this weekend and I gotta say this was some of the best food I’ve ever put in my mouth! Can’t wait to come back and have it again! Chicharron sandwich and royal burger are on point!

Their $ 2 taco’s was such a long wait for something so mediocre. I would maybe try other things on their menu to reevaluate in my future food truck visits, but their tacos was not a good first impression and here is why. I ordered the basic taco, which comes with grilled pork, cabbage and some kinda yellow salsa. It took me about 8 minute of wait which I didn’t mind at first, but the meat was cold when I took my first bite and that to me was a waste of 8 minutes for cold food. The taste was just ok and portion is small, nothing too exciting for a taco. I was hoping that it would create a food-gasm in my mouth but it did not. It had a tangy flavor from the yellow salsa sauce, and the chicken was dry but had some good flavor to it from bell peppers being cooked with it, but I can’t get over a cold food that I waited 8 minutes for in the heat of summer. I would definitely come back to reevaluate but for now its just an A-OK !

I had the G burger at P&R fusion and it was delicious. I’ve also tried the chicharron sandwich. Both times I’ve eaten from their truck and the food has been amazingly great. Their food does not lack in flavor. I also recommend the passion fruit drink. It’s very refreshing. I’ve been to a lot of the food trucks here in Fresno and I would have to put them at the top of the list.

Giving 3 stars for the tri-tip sandwich, but asked for bbq sauce on the side and was delivered covered in it… Listen to your customers guys!

This place used to be parked on olive and Palm for a small amount of time so my roommate and I decided to try it out. PERFECT stuff. I ordered some tacos and he ordered the tri tip sandwhich. Not only was the food good but the guy who runs the truck was very conversational and we got to know how he started his small business. The second time I tried it I found him at gazebo gardens and I ordered a California burger and ohhhhhhh man it was the best burger I have had in a very very long time considering the fact that I am always on the lookout for burgers worth anybody’s time and money. Again PERFECT Made my stomach warm :)

I tried P &R Fusion in tower a few monthes ago. I tried out the Peruvian Taco on my first visit and I was impressed, its not often that a chef can change a the flavor of the beloved taco take it from from the $ 1.50 taco to «wow the is a really good taco I cant believe this is only $ 1.50.» It was totally worth it, amazing flavor but still simple well done taco the sauce is what did it for me. My most recent trip I made it just in time they were seling out of all the top items on there menu so I was lucky was able to get anything at all. I was lucky, I ordered The Burger Royal and the Chicharron Burger. The Burger Royal was served with a thick juicy pattie topped with bacon, egg and cheese it was perfect. The Chicharron Burger was loaded with crispy chicharrons, sweet potatos, onion and cilantro and sauce. The chicharrons were differt then what grandpa use to make at jome but none the less still a great cut of meat with great flavor. I am a big fan and always excited any time I see them around town.

Tried this place out for the first time earlier during the weekly«Eatin’ on Eaton» food truck event in the downtown area. I’ve been reading and checking out their pics of their Chicharron sandwich, which looked pretty good, so I was definitely looking forward to trying it. The Chicharron sandwich itself was $ 8, and while it didn’t taste how I expected it(I’m used to eating Chicharron w/the rind/skin), it was definitely pretty tasty. It came with some type of special mustard type sauce that they make in house, and went really good with it. The Chicharron was seasoned with some type of reddish Peruvian seasoning, and that went great with it as well. I definitely recommend ordering this, it’s no wonder it’s their staple item here. The downsides were kind of a head scratcher though. I don’t know if it was for just this day only, but for a food truck they didn’t have any drinks to offer with their meals. When it’s starting to get warm in Fresno, that’s kind of a dumb decision on their end. Also, on my visit there was only one person working during the lunch hour. This made my wait kind of long as well as for everyone else, and I noticed it kind of peeved other potential customers in line to just leave and go to the other trucks in the area. Hopefully they can fix this soon though, cause I’m definitely planning to visit next time since their menu looks pretty good!

I always eat at this place Friday nights at Gazebo Gardens on Van Ness and Shields. Iv tried the other trucks their but they dont come close to P&R. A young married couple runs and owns this business. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. My favorite plate they have is the chicharrón sandwitch and Philly cheesesteak sandwitch. I highly recommend you eat here you wont be disappointed. :)

Last weekend I had a very nice surprise finding the food truck of P&R Fusion in the corner of Shepherd and Willow(In the parking of Bella Frutta). We went to get some«trucky food» for Sunday Brunch… I’ve always saw food trucks there when I bike on Sundays but I’ve never stopped, so I had to give it a shot. I am so glad we did. The carte options is pretty good… from«Pan con Chicharron»(a classic Peruvian breakfast sandwich made with pork), to the«Empanada de Aji de Gallina» and the delicious«Papa Rellena»(It’s hard to describe… think about mashed potatoe filled with tasty ground beef and fried in a football shape). The prices are good and the quality of the food is great. The owners are a young couple that are super nice, the chef is the husband who had work in restaurants in Lima — Peru and learn how to prepare the different plates. Friendly and personal service, that’s awesome this times. I really hope they have a physical permanent location soon so they can start selling more variety of «home dishes» from Peru. I was very happy to see these young entrepreneurs doing their first steps. Definitely go and try it… you will not regret. To check where is the truck:
