Dr. Nagata is amazing! I’ve had surgery from another Doctor and I wish I would have met Dr. Nagata first. He’s a kind, knowledgeable doctor who truely cares about his patients. He’s been my doctor for over 5 years now.

This is an updated review regarding customer service not medical services. My son had a couple more infected toe nails and I made another appointment at Dr. Nagata’s Fresno office. I made the appointment weeks before the actual appointment. After driving 5 hours for the appointment, I googled doctor’s address but it listed it on Herndon, not Warner Street; actual locality. I called his Fresno office for directions on my Bluetooth, but the receptionist insisted I give her my medical information before she give me directions. I explained to her I was driving, had been on the road 5 hours, and would provide medical information when I arrived. She continued to ask for medical information. I reassured her I would give her the information upon arrival. It was not helpful, but frustrating to be continuously asked for medical information while driving and lost. She finally just stated the name of the street. I had to finally call another nearby medical facility to get appropriate directions. When I arrived, she asked if my medical insurance was Medical. Dealing with the receptionist was a terrible experience today. Dr. Nagata is such a great doctor, but I wondering if he is worth the hassle?

My experience this morning at Dr. Nagata’s office was great. His staff was very polite and professional, the office was nice and clean, and Dr. Nagata himself was also very polite and professional. He took care of my issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced. (The guy has been a podiatrist for more than 34 years). I highly recommend him for all problems foot related.

Dr. Nagata is the best! He takes care of my whole family. I couldn’t recommend any podiatrist more highly.
