Service was a little slow. The cashier was so-so. She looked miserable like she hated her job so she seemed a little rude although I was friendly. The manager guy didn’t call out my order # very loud, but I was looking in that direction anyways. They gave me 9 chicken nuggets and the wrong sauce. I asked for sweet and sour. Got habanero ranch. They also gave my boyfriend 9 nuggets plus one weird tiny nugget that hardly counts as one. My fries were good though. Got my stuff to go and was glad I did, because the tables were kind of messy.

My food is always wrong and my soda is almost always flat or like this morning my sweet tea tasted horrible like it had mold in it. There are so many bums around. I know you can’t tell them not to sit at the curb but there carts shouldn’t be blocking the drive thru so they can ask for spare change.

I don’t think this McDonald’s is as bad as the 1 star rating that it has, but it could use some improvement. Especially when it comes to making fries. It seems they usually want me to pull around to the front to wait on french fries so I don’t hold up the drive thru line, but I always refuse to budge. So, I came here today for a quick morning breakfast and ordered a Dr Pepper, Sausage Biscuit, and some Hash Browns. The drive thru was pretty long, but with since the parking lot was full, I was left with no alternative. Surprisingly, the line progressed rather quickly, and I was out of there within 5 minutes. My food was hot and not sloppy. But I do need to mention the one thing that really irritated me; After I paid, I saw an arm holding my bag of food out of the second window, even before I got there. I don’t want my food to get cold, or me feeling rushed to speed down there. Also, I like to park right close to the window, so sometimes my side mirror hits the bag(not purposely). I will still continue to eat here because I know the employees are very nice, and they do try, but even for a fast food, I would hope for a bit more consideration for my point of view as a customer.

We’ve only eaten inside a few times and each time it’s the same filthy restaurant. There are always a bunch of employees behind the counter but none ever cleaning the dining room. Each time I’ve had to go up to the counter and ask them to clean a table for us. I’m surprised they didn’t check the others & notice their dire need of cleaning. The manager was up at the front counter a lot but I never saw him look at the dining room. As a former restaurant supervisor I know a clean dining area is one of the most important things for your guest’s. It’s a shame the management hasn’t figured this out yet. Drive thru service is not always up to par either. I would not recommend anyone eat inside… and only go through the drive thru if you’re desperate. Shame on the management of this store!

Foods good but if you plan on dining in it isn’t the best. It’s a dirty facility and there’s a lot of homeless people around. Not to be mean but I don’t feel very safe at this location.

At this location, I’ve had more issues with staff returning the proper change, making sure the order is correct, and having a professional attitude. It seems like some employees have a job there, but they don’t seem to really appreciate it.

The employees at this place are absolute dipshits who can’t listen to the simplest orders without becoming confused, I ordered 1 egg mcmuffin which comes with egg and ham and 1 sausage egg mcmuffin which is exactly the same except substituting ham for sausage, the lady taking my order asks me if my order on the screen is correct. the screen says I ordered 3 egg mcmuffins which is wrong so I reiterate my order, I then pull up to the first window where the girl says«so you want one sausage egg mcmuffin and another one that just has egg?» I said«no“and once again explained what I ordered she said oh okay and sent me to the next window where the second girl looked at me slightly confused and said«1 sausage egg mcmuffin and mcmuffin with no egg?» I’m like no I want egg and she says okay then and hands me my food, I suspect immediately that they fucked my order up so I look and sure enough I got a sausage egg mcmuffin with no fucking egg so I get back in line super pissed, finally get to the second window and tell her she got my order wrong, a confused ape like look crosses her face and next thing I know she gets her«manager» I say this loosely because the guy who comes to the window seems like he couldn’t manage a bowel movement let alone an entire staff of retards he then proceeds to blame me for the mess up and tell me I need to pay another dollar forty if I want the egg so I’m like okay so I gotta pay you another dollar forty even though you fucked up my order and I was forced to wait in line twice? He then closes the window goes away for a second just to come back and tell me there’s «nothing he can do» so I give him the 1.40 and tell him just bring me what I ordered he comes back with a carton with a single egg and a knife and fork and says«here’s your change» so I say«keep the change cocksucker» and drive off… I know that people that work fast food aren’t brain surgeons but these people are a whole new level of stupid, they can’t follow simple instructions they’re unapologetic for their fuck ups and their management is just as stupid as they are… this place needs to be demolished.

If I could give a negative star, i would give it all to them. I roll up to the intercom and ask for a vanilla cone; they don’t have anymore cones. That’s fine, okay, i’ll have the Oreo McFlurry then. They give me my total and tells us to roll up to the first window. At the window about to pay: «Sorry we don’t have anymore Oreo’s,» … «Okay then i’ll just have the butterfingers» … «Sorry we don’t have any of those either, but we do have the M&M’s»… «Uumm…That’s fine, I’ll just have that then» Roll up to the second widow, and what I received was a cup of soft, melted, not blended M&M McFlurry. And that’s when I got mad; because i was patient throughout, so i go in to get a refund. I tell the person at the front that the McFlurry is all melted and that’s when i find out that their ice cream machine was actually broken. So i’m standing there wondering why didn’t they just tell us from the get-go that their machine was down so that the customer can order something different or not order it at all. The manager finally comes with a nonchalant expression on his face and gives me my refund, and i barely hear a faint«oh, sorry» from him. I have no idea what they were thinking trying to pass off bad food to their customers. It would have made more sense to not sell the item if it’s not available than to have to go through all that trouble of making excuses and ultimately having to either refund or replace that order. A total waste of my time and theirs: totally defeats the purpose of an efficient drive thru.
