The billing service that this doctor uses is not knowledgable enough to represent the office. This doctor is listed as a contracted provider for Anthem Blue Cross, one of the largest carriers but his office says «we don’t take that insurance». What a loss, as Blue Cross is very large and especially in the Fresno area. Who wouldn’t want a PPO Blue Cross plan? The doctor also dictates who he sees and which insurance he will accept or not. Very difficult to get refills also.

Dr Ziyar helped our family member. The doctor was understanding, caring & patient with them and we are grateful for that.

Dr. Zayir is lying. I’m sure his degree insulates him but my review was spot on. You only saw me for 10 minutes. Told me all you do is prescribe medications and when asked about alternatives and side effects you asked me to leave your office. You were dismissive and indeed rude. Your broken english was not a personal attack. You can attempt to deflect but there are other reviewers who see you for the rapacious pharmaceutical peddler that you are. You are e everything that is wrong with medicine today. You worsened my depression and had another patient just outside the door listening to our session. Short as it was. You’re taking advantage of people on workers comp. You are unethical and unprofessional. I’m glad there are other comments from patients who’ve experienced your apathy and lack of care. You know what you did and that’s why you’re on the defensive. I don’t care if you’re successful or not. You were rude to me and if my life situations were just a bit worse could’ve caused a suicide attempt. People should know that. If anything, my review will guarantee you won’t treat another patient like you treated me. I waited for a year to have that visit and 7 more approved and you acted like what happens to me doesn’t matter. The fact you don’t have any positive reviews says a billion words. You’re not empathetic. Every word I’ve written is true. Just want other people to not feel the way you made me feel. Good psychiatrists have good reviews. Period!

Dr. Ziyar is very professional and takes time to listen. He makes my patients feel very comfortable. He listens to, understand and care for their well-​being. I know he has the best interest in mind and will work with my patients to achieve them.
