I am beyond impressed and happy with the inspection he did. Took his time and is very observant in things I completely would have overlooked. The report is easy to understand. I liked the pictures with mini explanations on them. Thank you for finding the time to do our home inspection in short notice. Will recommend you to family and friends. Another plus is he came down to Hanford and didn’t charge extra.

I used joe once before, report was very detailed, he did a good job. i called to use his services again recently and scheduled a appointment he accepted, I just needed to confirm the time with my realtor to ensure entry into the property for the inspection. By the time i called back within a hour or two, after I spoke with my realtor (considering it was after office hours and he got back to me as soon as he could) he stated he could no longer inspected the porperty, I took to long to call back and had given someone else my appointment, he stated, «first come first serve, just a little disappointing is all. But I guess thats business!

Joe is the best inspector. I showed my family and friends the report he wrote with all the pictures he included and everyone was impressed.
Joe is incredibly good at communicating as well. He was prompt in answering his phone and my endless questions. He is a very smart man with a lot of training and experience.
His work ethic is top notch; I gave him a deadline and he delivered early.

Joe is the best home inspector you will find in Fresno. He might charge a little more than some, but if you’re spending hundreds of thousands on a home, what’s another $ 100?
He will make it worth your money. He spends hours going through a home to check on every.single.thing. Then he gives you a huge report, with lots of photos, so you can go back to the sellers and request fixes or money off your offer.
He’s easy to work with too, and will happily explain exactly what’s going on and how something should look or work properly. He’s also not in bed with real estate agents — he won’t do just a quick look and say it’s fine to ensure a deal gets done and gets done fast. He’s going to take his time and do what’s best for the client.
How do I know? My partner and I have used him twice this summer during our home search. The first time, he saved us from buying a beautiful home that was hiding multiple BIG problems. We got out of that deal and considered it a lesson learned. You can bet we called Joe back when we finally found another home we wanted to buy. He only found a couple minor issues this time, and even suggested people to work with on getting those checked out.
I’d definitely work with Joe again — I just hope I don’t have to for a long time now!

Joseph is a lifesaver! During the inspection phase of escrow I hired Joseph to inspect my would be property. He pointed out several discrepancies that the untrained eye wouldn’t have seen. Joseph saved me thousands of dollars. Sure, I could have been cheap and paid some other inspector 100 bucks to do a drive by inspection and I would be paying for it now. Very thorough home inspectors. Joseph let me know everything he was concerned about and sent a report over 30 pages long. Even with the owner there and questioning some of the things he said he still stated he facts and didn’t dance around the issues. Really appreciated his hard work.
