Javier’s Home Appliance

After a few months have passed I have sent multiple friends to this location. Some have bought and some not.
Until recently my mom needed a washer only and so I walked in to the shop and was immediately recognized.
They set my mom up on a great deal and even offered to deliver it for free.
Francisco helped me this time and again you guys have really impressed me!
My washer and dryer set are doing EPIC And my mom is loving her new washer too.

In short… This is the most unprofessionally run business. There are at least 3 people who call themselves Javier, but don’t offer that they’re not the owner. They have missed 3 appointments with me to fix my refrigerator and been late several times. Not to mention that the refrigerator they sold me was broken to begin with.
The low prices they advertise are for their crappiest inventory that i can’t imagine anyone wanting. You will go in there and end up spending way more money than you originally thought. I wish I never bought anything from them.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I scheduled an appointment on Sunday to have my appliance looked at on Monday. Monday arrived.. .no call, no show. I get a call on Tuesday from them and allowed them to come out and diagnose my washer.
After they told me what was wrong with my appliance, they offered to repair it with two zip ties for an additional $ 40 on top of the $ 40 for coming out. I think not. What a rip off!

I made an appt to have my dryer serviced as it has seen it’s better days. I spoke with Javier and he said he would be out by noon today. At 1pm I received a call and we talked about all that was wrong with the dryer. He convinced me that it was not worth repair (it’s over 10yr old and he probably right) and stated that he had dryers available starting at $ 200. He also said he could deliver today if I decided to buy. Needing to do laundry ASAP, I drove over.
Upon arrival, I found many regular priced appliances. The dryer that he mentioned was older than the one I had at home and it was electric! I reminded him that we had not discussed the type of energy, but as te professional in the area would he not have thought to ask. I was and still am, irritated to the hilt. When asked if he would take a trade for my maytag washer so that I could buy a set, that offer was refused. When I asked for the manager/​owner, he said HE WAS JAVIER. I could only ask myself it I were being punked! No wonder they were willing to make an appt on a holiday. They prey on folks with lowball prices that do not apply to your current situation.
I wanted to patronize the small business owner but this is what I got. Avoid these folks if you can
