iPhone iPad & iToy Repair

Don’t go anywhere else This man has it all. I observed him helping many other customers. I needed the charging port replaced on my iPhone 6 Plus. His disposition and knowledge is spot on! This is a rare find today in customer service. You would be missing out if you consider anyone else.

Wanted to charge 390 to repair my iPhone 6s Plus screen. What idiots… I can go to the Apple Store and pay 149.

This place ripped me off they charged me $ 168 dollars. Stole the metal plate in my phone telling me it wasn’t a big deal. But Brayan’s repair gave me a plate for free and only cost $ 120. When this guy tried to charge me an extra $ 20. Don’t go here. It’s a scam.

Don’t bother going to the Apple Store. Just go here! Excellent service; 15 minutes. $ 155.00 for a screen for my Apple IPhone 6. I trust them 100% with my phone. They let me watch while they fixed it. FYI: never change just the glass on your iPhone, if anyone tries to do that, they’re incompetent. Thank you guys!

Highly recommend for anyone that needs their iPhone cracked screen fixed fast. My repair took less than 20 minutes (screen repair and application of new screen protector). If you call and leave a message the owner personally calls you back quickly. I would recommend calling prior to coming in to make sure they are open.

I came in after two failed attempts to fix my phone at the Apple Store (Apple Genius? …umm, yeah…). I was hesitant to come in as I’ve always thought of this industry as somewhat shady. I believe the gentleman I met was Josh and he quickly earned my trust. This guy is the silver lining to your broken iPhones and iPads. I hope it’s a while before I see him again, but I won’t hesitate taking my iToys to him next time they need repair.

These guys have always been great. I’ve gone to 5 or 6 different iOS repair places in Fresno over the years but I’ve stopped shopping around. They are fast and no surprises. With a 2,4,6, and 15 year old we break a lot of shit. These guys make it much less painful.

I’ve used these guys twice. Professional, expedient, and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I’m sure I’ll need their services again, and I will definitely go back to them.

I had bought and put in a tempered glass screen protector on my new iPhone 6 by them. Their customer service is great. Although the place is small, it gives a home-​like feeling to it. They simply fix whatever we bring in to perfection and so needless to say, it was a great visit.

Terrible Service, They wont even Answer the phone and they Want you to text them. Might be a little hard when your trying to get your cell phone fixed and you only have a land line/​or have to use someone else’s Phone, Owner is super smart for that one.
Not Worth the Wasted time!

They repaired my daughter’s iPhone 4s screen same day while I ran my errands. This was our second dealing with iToy Repair, a while after the first glass repair we had to take the still warrantied phone to apple for a battery issue, and the Apple Genius examined the phone and thought it was the original factory glass. I’m very pleased with the service, work quality, and price of the repair. Thanks for a job well done iToy Repair! With clumsy teens, I’m certain we’ll be seeing you again!

Bad experience all around with owner and service

As anyone with an iPhone knows, the moment anything goes wrong with it and you realize you’re going to have to part with this small extension of your soul for even 5 minutes, your heart rate climbs into the thousands, your mouth becomes dryer than the Sahara, your hands start to feel as clammy as a fish market, and the full blown panic attack of all Apple-​lovers-​with-​a-​broken-​device sets in as you prepare to drop between $ 160 (for a refurbished) to $ 300 – 800 (new, depending on whether it’s time for you to upgrade your contract or not) to replace it since leaving it at the Apple store for 1 – 2 days to have it fixed just isn’t going to work for your crazy-​busy, multi-​tasking oriented, Mac filled life.
(If you don’t know how this feels, consider yourself warned… It’s pretty much the worst.)
This panic set in for me a few days ago when I realized the power button on my phone was stuck pressed in – as in I couldn’t turn my screen off, and what’s worse, couldn’t turn off/​restart my phone since I didn’t have any way to turn it back on! Yep, you guessed it – PANIC ATTACK!
Enter iToy Repair — A little unassuming office space at Maple & Nees with this geeked-​out, chatty, super nice owner (who can actually *kind of* pull off a fedora…) surrounded by iPhones and other devices all taken apart and laying on the counter, who was able to fix my phone in the span of TWO HOURS for $ 65. Done. Barely enough time to start going through full-​fledged iPhone withdrawal, and it was already back in my hands and working like new.
While we were there dropping off/​picking up my phone, a number of people came in with broken screens, which he also fixes… and then guarantees for A YEAR. One of the girls came in and he looked up at her and said, «you broke your screen again?» to which she replied, «no… my brother did it this time.» Repeat customers — so obviously I’m not the only one who thinks he does a good job, haha. Sounds like he also does iPods, iPads, some computer stuff, and other non-​Apple touch tablets and phones.
So when the inevitable happens and your addictive, incredible yet ridiculously fragile device decides to break/​freeze/​give you a panic attack, I would try here and see if they can help before gutting your wallet at the Apple store.

I recently dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked (dough!). I heard about iToy Repair so I dropped by to get my phone checked out. I spoke with Josh, the owner, and after diagnosing the phone, luckily all I needed was a new screen.
Josh then fixed my phone right in front me in like 20 minutes! He even gave me a free screen protector.
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, iTouch is broken or acting up, I would definitely recommend taking it to iToy Repair.
