I love their lunch special 5.99 combo! It is truly the best quality home style lunch for a price you can’t beat for all that wonderful goodness. And it is usually pretty quite and not crowded when you need to just grab it on the go for lunch. I avoid the holiday craziness and go in the off seasons… summer and fall. Grab a small ham for dinners, soups and sandwiches. lasts forever and worth the twenty bucks. The sliced turkey is amazing if your not feeling the ham. Get their mustard and Hawaiian bread for fantastic sandwiches for parties and tailgates! All cooked and ready to go! Fantastic catering! Going right now for some hambone soup yummy! Cheesy potatoes and baked beans are perfect sides but they sell out quickly. Reopen that Café soon!

Came in here to pick up a ham with my family. Very bad service; girl at the counter didn’t know what she was doing.

Went to order Thanksgiving package on 11÷19÷14 Wednesday with a gift card. The young lady told the two of us they do not have the Cajun seasoned turkey, disappointed but ordered an 8lb honey-glazed ham anyway(first time customers). The young lady asked us if we would like to pick up the ham«the day before thanksgiving» or «the day of thanksgiving», I answered«the day of thanksgiving, what is the latest time I can pick it up?» The young lady said«we close at twelve, but come early, they will be a lot of people in here» with a smile. I offered to pay but the young lady told me that I don’t pay until I pick it(ham) up. Arrived on Thanksgiving at 10:13am, door was closed, place was not operating. Asked the gentleman who was also waiting at the door, he said«don’t worry, they will be here at 10:30am.» Patiently waited, along came another couple and a family of four, who were also waiting to get their thanksgiving turkey and ham. The time has passed 10:30am, there is no sign of any employee coming to work, I decided to call the business, it was the answering machine telling all of us on speaker mode«WEARECLOSEDONTHANKSGIVING»!!! My first time hosting thanksgiving dinner was half ruined! Luckily they did not have the Cajun seasoned turkey for me, I ended up going across the street to Wholefood pre-ordered Lemon-herb turkey package, otherwise my 12 guest would not have ANYTHING for thanksgiving dinner! I asked my friend who was there with me at Honey-Baked Ham store if i have heard the young lady wrong, he assured me that my hearing wasn’t impaired, we had the same understanding of they will be opened on Thanksgiving day until twelve.

I have eaten honey baked hams many time in the past but always for special occasions and it has always been their full ham or a large order of smoked turkey. So this was the first time I had stopped in to eat lunch and I was skeptical of how good the food would be. The ordering process was very unorganized with one person making the sandwiches and salads and the other person running to the back to warm up sides and take the finished food to customers. we ordered our food and had a seat and the food came out fairly quickly. We ate our meals which consisted of a couple of turkey sandwiches and a huge chief salad. The seating area is small but very comfortable and quiet. When it came time to leave we walked up to the front counter where we ordered and the cook/waiter/now cashier asked us what we had purchased which i found kind of odd, we could have said anything and how could he know the difference, but he was extremely polite and kind and we paid our bill in full. He was very polite and we had a wonderful conversation with him about family, friends, and life. Overall it was a good meal at a fair price, but the paying and ordering is somewhat strange. Stop in and have a sand which.

The website stinks. You click«promotions» or «coupons», and all they want to do is install a location cookie. No coupons or promotions come up.

I went in just to buy a ham. Never been here before. They kept trying to upsell me to combo platter, and sliced ham deals. Finally they said«you know you’re paying for a lot of bone when you buy a whole ham». I said«yeah, I know, and my wife makes soup out of them.» They finally gave in, but wouldn’t sell me a quarter ham until I told them I’d seen it online. The ham itself was delicious.
Today — months later– we went in for lunch. It was comfortable, the people were very nice and our sandwiches were delicious and only $ 4.99. We sampled some baked beans and cheesy scalloped potatoes that we will definitely order next time! I recommend this place for lunch.

If it were possible to give a negative star rating, I would absolutely do it. Called Honey Baked Ham before Christmas, as had been seeing ads all over town for $ 24.99 ham. Was told that they have several hams under 6lbs(which would come to $ 25-$ 30), and was asked if I wanted to reserve one. As I was on the fence about it, I said no. Changed my mind an hour later and decided to go down to the store and get a ham. Walk in, there are maybe 4 people in the store. Ushered through some bizarre maze of tables with fake food on them to get to the register, where I was greeted by Trainee Sandra who merely barked out«What» instead of any possible pleasantry. Taken back a moment, I asked for a 6 lb ham. She gruffly tells me they only had 8 lb or larger(not true, as I had just called an hr ago, which I advise Sandra of…) She then gruffs«hold on» and walks to the back to pow-wow with 2 other employees. Comes back 10 minutes later, grabs a 5 lb ham, drops it on the counter and stands there, staring at me. Figuring this is her Neanderthal way of asking for payment, I get out my credit card, which she blankly stares at then points at the register next to her. «Pay there.» This is proceeded by another 15 minute wait for a cash register, as the person in front of us at the next register was paying in pocket change, and Sandra continues to sling hams with no intent of accepting payment… While we waited 15 minutes to be rung up, I heard Sandra continue to lie to no less than 5 customers about what was available, starting with«we only have 8lb hams», then after 5 minutes, randomly switching it up to ««only 9lbs». Worst was when she told a little old man they only have 9 lb hams, or he could go on line to reserve a smaller one, but she couldn’t give him the what he was asking for without him going online first. WTF!!! really Honey Baked? Way to «Upsell», by lying to customers and forcing them to buy what they don’t need. That poor little old man didn’t have internet(he said so) and it was only him and his wife. WTF are they going to do with 9 lbs of ham, Sandra!!! SMH Needless to say, I will NEVEREVER buy another Honey Baked Ham. Any company that has to sell their product based on lying to customers,(and hire brain dead thugs) rather then the quality of their product should be avoided. Savemart’s hams are just as good, are reasonably priced, and come in a variety of sizes. Bottom Line: Steer clear of these ham-scammers!!!

Drove past this place a few times. Every time I stopped they were closed. Called them and got hours of operation. 10:30AM to 6:00PM. so stopped in to check them out and discovered that yes they do have a café inside. Nice, clean and peaceful. A great place to go for lunch and be able to enjoy your food in quiet. I had the club sandwich which had ham, turkey, bacon, geese, lettuce and two slices of tomato. The sandwich was excellent on sweet wheat bread and big enough to fill me up without the sides which looked great. Service was very good and fast. Definitely a place to go back to. 5 thumbs up on this one.

Me and my boyz from work hit this place up for lunch, and there was no one in there, like someone let one rip(like 7.4 on the Rectum Scale). But all I could smell was Thanksgiving! The prices were like baby bear’s porridge«just right». They got ALL kinds of bread, sourdough, wheat, even croissant and Hawaiian roll(it was like a luau in my mouth). I had the combo with the mashed potatoes which were totes amazeballz! They had chives all up in there and so creamy they make u want to slap your granny! The combo comes with a green salad that makes u feel all sophisticated like 22″ spinners! But then u realize they carry Pepsi drinks. I was like oh no you DIDN’T Honey B, where’s my Coke??? But it’s all good cause the sandwich was DA bomb diggidy. The veggies were so fresh I had to punch a rabbit in the face that was tryin to get at ‘em. There’s one chick that be reading people’s minds though, 4REALLLLLLZ. One of my boyz were grubbin down on some cranberry relish(the classy kind not the canned crap). And I was thinkin, «I want that in my mowf!» Then poof, the chick was at the table handing out free samples like a mind reading genie. I was like, «get out of my head voodoo chick, but leave the relish». Love u Honey B!

I recently drove to Fresno/Shaw facility. When I went to pay for the ham, I was shocked to see the $ 41+ price. I deal with the store all year not just at Christmas/Easter holidays. I have never had to pay more than $ 23+. When I asked why, was told«you have to reserve to get that price». They suggested I reserve and drive over again(one hour over, one hour back). I paid and took the ham even though I should have walked out. It would not have paid me to come back another day with the price of gas as it is. Most companies are doing their best to help their customers deal with the poor economy. You are not. I will not frequent your store again. What a disappointment you are.

Despite their food being tasty in general, I have to give them the lowest rating possible. I pre-ordered a whole smoked turkey, leaving my name and contact info for the order. When I went to the store and gave my name and order, the person at the counter came out with a ham. When I told her that was a ham, not a turkey, she got pretty bent out of shape. I was sent home with a glazed turkey, not what I ordered(but at least it was the right shape). There were not instructions for reheating. When I called to get them, I wanted to speak to the manager about the service, or lack thereof. Apparently they were too busy to be bothered, and the person hearing me out was too clueless to understand that service actually means something today. So sadly I will NOT frequent this store again. I will try contacting them again, but am not hopeful. It’s not surprising to me that there were no reviews for this establishment on Unilocal

Years ago, Honeybaked Hams were a big deal, and rightly so – tender, flavorful, high-quality ham… but alas, they seem to be cruising on their reputation, and the hams are no longer any better than a spiral-sliced grocery ham(and those are MUCH cheaper). We paid $ 50 for a Honeybaked Ham for Easter and it just plain sucked. Low quality, extra coarse and fatty, not even as flavorful as they once were. Honeybaked Hams = Emperor’s New Clothes… eventually people will realize the emperor is now naked, and will no longer pay outrageous prices for these lousy hams.

I love honeybaked hams, just not so much of them. This location has a café that will make small plates and sandwiches. Good, downhome food.

Great sandwiches and prices for lunch. Still the only reliable ham hookup for the holidays. Order E-A-R-L-Y!!! I’ve spent far too many holidays standing in line to pick up my perfect glazed ham or smoked turkey.
