Herndon recovery center works in every aspect of your life. Not just addiction but psychological issues as well. A great Dr and the counselors are awesome and very educated. They were angels sent from above. They saved me and my family from addiction and helped me get down deep within myself to find my reasons of my disease and addiction. I highly recommend this program for anyone in need of help.

They taught us how to learn from within and not to get discouraged and that you need to put yourself, first before moving on and fix your life externally. It’s a turning point and revelation once you you open up, to your higher power, who, ever that maybe. It’s different for everyone. Learning task skills, and the signs you need help to know what they are and get past them. I’ll always be an advocate for this facility and the work that they do. This place doesn’t even deserve one star but zero or negative isn’t an option. Staff is very unprofessional, rude, and they smoke right outside. Disgusting. They have no knowledge of what a patient needs and they make you pay up front just to be seen by a drug dealer doctor that only wants to sell you product to make money, not to help you. When we asked to step outside to make a very important decision and came back in the doctor very rudely said I don’t have time to see you anymore and kicked us out. How is this dude still in practice?! Good thing he acted that way before we gave him our money and gave him the opportunity to potentially hurt my family even more.

I would not recommend this place at all, never, nothing. Don’t ever go here if you are actually trying to get help! The guy who ran the 12-​Step program died of a drug overdoes. My young wife went here seeking help. The doctor continued to prescribe Suboxon for over 6 months. That drug is more addictive than the prescriptions she was trying to get off of. She died from liver failure.
His billing practices are terrible!!! He over billed constantly and told wife that if she didn’t pay he wouldn’t give her the medication she needed or allow her to go to the program. This guy she lose his license and go to jail. Please. Don’t anyone go here.
