Should be called Magic Hands if you ask me. I have to admit I was pretty skeptical about REIKI (didn’t even know how to pronounce it properly).
I suffer from chronic back pain and figured at the very least, a massage would feel great. Cai did some energy work and massage on my back that was just delicious. I was left with a warm tingly relaxed feeling from head to toe and it felt like my spine had decompressed and stopped pinching nerves for the first time in years.
I don’t know exactly how it works, but anything that makes me feel lighter and better able to take a nice deep breath is a-​okay in my book!
