Haunted Fresno

So, this was my first year attending Haunted Fresno. I had been attending what had recently been Fright Night Scream Park or the 5^th Realm in Fresno so I decided to go ahead and try Haunted Fresno. The wait for just the ticket line itself was horrible. That line was at least a 25 to 30 minute wait. Once we got our tickets, we decided to try «The Séance» which is where they take you into a room and make you feel like your experiencing contact with a dead spirit. I felt like this was very cheesy and that this was just a waste of money. I give props to the actor in the Séance though but the table shaking, flashes of light was just all too fake and cheesy. Me and my group of my friends laughed the whole way through it. Now moving on to the actual Haunted House part of this. I’ve been to many Haunted House attractions but this one was just… HORRIBLE! I didn’t even scream any of the way through. We basically just laughed our way through the entire thing. It was seriously a joke and a WASTE OF MONEY! Nothing scared us when we are usually the ones who get really scared. Now either the choice of choosing the HELLEVATOR or the LAST RIDE. We chose the Last Ride which had a wait of at least 2 hours. HORRIBLE! The «coffin stimulation» was awful and a huge waste of time and money. The company «FETISH TATOO INK» had girls out there with their butts hanging out of their clothes. There were many children there and I felt like it was very inappropriate to have those girls bending down and shaking their junk everywhere. You could see every single guy turning their head and watching them the whole time as they were with their girlfriend or wife. Me and my friends loved all the actors in front entertaining the people as they were in the lines for the attractions. Me and my friends talked to them for a while and we really loved all of them! But as for the attractions… BIG WASTE OF MONEY! Definitely take your money and SPEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE! I will definitely not be returning to Haunted Fresno.

Last year I got the chance to go with some fellow ‘haunters” to check out Haunted Fresno. Let me just say they did a great job! We went on a non peak night so it was a little quiet. The location is what keeps this from being a 5 star rating. They are located in Downtown Fresno. Not many folks go to Downtown Fresno. Truth be told, I am not a fan of Downtown Fresno and I live not far from it. But I digress… this is about the Haunt (s)
They have two which are together… they acting was amazing. One zombie cheerleader really freaked me out as her body was contorted like a broken rag doll… as you walk by her she gets up to come after you. KUDOS! to the Haunted Fresno zombies for ambling and not running after their ‘victims’
Another thing which keeps me from a 5 star rating was the séance performed by Dexter the Magician. Folks save your money. Go to the haunts.
Haunted Fresno is well worth the $$$$ to see.
