Grocery Outlet

The client services are excellent! Among the cashiers was very useful. I think her title is Jennifer. She actually is the meaning of quality «A» customer support! Due to her which is my personal favorite shop to visit buying!

I love grocery outlet because they have the BEST organic snacks! Also, Bolthouse Carrot Juice is so cheap here. I also fell in love with the coconut organic peanut butter. You never know what deal you are going to find here!

I am fortunate enough to live close to the downtown grocery outlet and the fact that the store is super clean, has unbelievable customer service, and a great selection of fresh produce and meats. Obviously they may not have the same item every time, but with such low prices (like crazy low!), it makes the trip here so worth it. Not much into it, but they also have a huge selection of wine! No complaints at all, and I go in 2 – 3 times a week.

Popped in for a few items. This store is immaculate. They had a huge selection of organic items throughout the store. The 5 different store associates I had contact with were all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. This area of Downtown was very clean and had no issues with feeling unsafe or dirty. I’ll stop here again for groceries when in the area.

It’s a great store. The workers are bubbly and fun to be around, the manager was cool until he got rid of me thanks to him now I’m out of a job and haven’t been able to find one since but as far as the store it’s nice :)

What a gem for the peeps who work/​live downtown. And they open at 7:00 am?! Grocery Outlet has become my go-​to place. Great deals on toiletries, oh, and of course groceries. You might not be able to complete your entire shopping list, but you’re going to find some things that you didn’t know you wanted!

I’m pretty mixed about this place.
On the positive side:
— You can finds some cheap good deals
— It’s in a part of downtown that badly needs something like it.
On the negitive side:
— I feel like I could get scammed at any time. Some the prices are really high (dollars more) compared to other bargain type grocery stores like WinCo, Foods Co, even close by El Super. So the trust isn’t there to just buy something and know i’m getting a good deal I have to do research and cross reference my experience at other stores.
— Also another thing that gives me the feeling of being scammed is products on the shelf past their expiration dates. I know the FDA says they are suggestions, but I really don’t want to buy something new past expiration date which they have items of. For instance last I was there there was some Prosciutto pass its date. I’ve seen many more too. Produce is fresh though.
Overall I have high hopes for this store to improve my trust in it’s pricing and product freshness. At this time it’s really mixed some good some bad.

So happy to have it in my neighborhood. Great food, great prices and I can walk my grocery shopping. So cool. Lots of organic and local products too. If you live in downtown Fresno (which you should) or you’re thinking about moving into downtown Fresno (which you should), life just got a whole lot easier (especially if you live in the Villa Borgata or Huntington Park condos (which you should)). I should also mention, the staff is very courteous and helpful and they have way more than just groceries — from gardening supplies to grilling essentials. My only suggestion: Even more local/​fair trade/​organic products!
