GoWireless Verizon Premium Retailer

I just wanted to acknowledge the work that was done for me in store by the employees at this store. I had Service with another carrier and explained my dilemma to the store manager, Jaime, and he was able to come up with a solution and plan that alleviated all of my connection issues and loss of coverage. I have been to numerous cell phone providers and stores but I feel like this store really went out of their way to provide me with exactly what I needed.
I’d personally reccomend this location to anyone that is looking for people that actually care about what you say and what you are looking for. I know that I will not bring my business to any other location when it comes to my Verizon account.

Store looks terrible and ran down outside. Employees don’t seem to be too informed and professional. Decent. Went into the Verizon store in Fashion Fair Mall next door neighbor to Sephora literally walking distance away & had am awesome experience there.

I bought an iPhone last month from Kayla, and she was SUPER helpful. She wasn’t pushy at all, but just tried to help me out, letting me explore all my options and find what was best for me. I’ll definitely come back.

She was the first, of many stores we visited, to get us a system which we can actually watch a video of our grand babies roller skate in Oregon! We live in the mountains and were about to give up! I We are so happy with our service from Kayla!
