Food is delicious. I’ve tried numerous different foods. It’s pricey, but worth it. Restroom clean. Dining area clean. Staff friendly. Parking accessible.

I’m always looking for value, cleanliness, good service and this provided all that despite its small size. I ordered the fresh spring rolls and curry tomato beef with pan fried noodles on the side. They made my noodles exactly how I wanted them, plain but with just enough crunch. Also, I do not see why people are complaining about the old lady. Maybe you guys caught her on a bad day where customers are trying to get something for nothing like that soy sauce woman complaining that she had to pay extra for more soy sauce packets. She was probably asking for 15 of them. Go buy your own bottle! I wonder if she complains to Mc Donalds when she asks for more sauce. People are conditioned to paying high prices for little to no value for meals these days. It’s tough to get decent good, FRESH cook to order food at competitive prices. Consider this a great find.

I love this place. The food is great! It is fresh and presented to your table very neat and professional. They have a large menu, and don’t mind explaining or adapting a dish to your liking (ie: no sesame seeds or hot peppers, etc.). The restaurant is a bit small, but can accommodate a small group. I’ve never had to wait to be seated.

Golden Dragon is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the Sunnyside area. I have been here a few times and the visits have been positive. It’s a nice little place that has a romantic elegance to it. I wish they had some music in the background, which could add to the ambiance.
Today I ordered mushroom chicken, vegetable chow mein, broccoli beef, and pork fried rice. My order was freshly prepared to order. When it was ready, the clerk opened each box to show me the food and see that I am satisfied. The meal looked savory and was tender and fluffy… very fresh indeed.
In total, my order came out to about $ 40 for 4 plates or boxes. Nice quiet place for a plesent dinner if you are dining in, and take out is rather quick as well.

went to dinner with the family on 10÷27÷15. The food was Horrible, the pot stickers tasted rancid, we sent them back, the owner,(the older lady) kept giving us dirty looks, she was very rude when we initially walked in. The food made me sick all night. The décor is Wonderful, the building was clean, I just wished the food was decent. I will never ever go there again.

This place confuses me sometimes because it’s mainly known for their Chinese cuisine but they have Vietnamese and Thai food.
I tried their «Vietnamese Phở» one time and that was a mistake on my part. I never order their Thai food because that’s not the reason I come here.
I mainly stick to their Chinese cuisine; specifically their combo plates. It’s cheap and you get a good size portion. The food isn’t amazing or anything but it’ll satisfy your craving for Chinese food. Ask for hot chili oil, it’ll make things better. :)
This place is pretty clean and you get your food pretty quickly. I’d say it’s above your average typical Chinese restaurant but still not anything spectacular.

if you like plastic in your egg rolls you should be happy… other then that… stay away… not sure what meat was in my chicken teriyaki, but it wasnt chicken… my dog wouldnt even eat it…2 middle fingers up for this asian rip off

Love this place. Eat here at least ⁴⁄₅ times a month. The salt and pepper shrimp is awesome!

I live in Fresno, but I have to drive here periodically because they have the greatest Pot Stickers on the planet!

Me and my girlfriend ordered a combo each. I had the teriyaki chicken and she got the sweet and sour pork. It was god awful. There was absolutely no chicken or pork, all batter. The chow mein had zero flavor and the rice was dry. No wonder it was empty.

If Unilocal let us give half stars I would certainly do so here. I ordered a side of egg rolls (3.5 stars) and a combination plate. I got pan fried noodles (2 stars), broccoli & beef (3.5), and rice (3 stars). The pan fried noodles weren’t the best. The broccoli & beef was good. The rice was basic. My g/​f got chow mein w broccoli & chicken. Her chow mein (4 stars) was really good as I wish I got that instead of my noodles. But I felt my broccoli & beef was better than her broccoli & chicken. Next time I’ll pay a little more to get pork fried rice along w/​chow mein & broccoli/​beef. Had I have this as a meal. Solid 4 stars here. Since my plate was hit or miss 3.5 stars. Decent meal for 6.00 though!

I always order take out from here. Chicken Chowmein is so good has a bit of a sweet taste that surprised me but works. when i call in an order its always ready in 20 min and hot. Ive been coming here for 6 years owner is very friendly.

The owner is real nice, had a nice conversation. I ordered the beef phở, not enough meat and portion size small. I ordered the spicy chicken with noodle and again portion size too small. I spend over $ 14 and still left feeling hungry. I should get to tang dynasty a new place on west shaw in fresno, it is a buffet and all you can eat.

Everything was good till a cockroach crawled out from under our plate. They would not cover our meal and still made us pay half.

I met a friend there and placed my order for spring rolls before my party showed. I explained that I did not want any meat or seafood in my rolls, the girl walked away without anything down on a ticket. When the rolls came I ate down to the bottom and realized there was one piece of shrimp on the end. I immediately stopped eating them and did notable a scene until I was finished with my meal and asked them to remove the order that I could not even eat and the old lady refused. I was about to walk away and pay only my ticket for other items. I asked for the girl who took my order and the lady told me she had left. Of course! My brother took care of the order (as he eats meat/​seafood). I made it a point to tell her I would contact the BBB as she pretended to not speak much English. Hmm. well, this was a horrible horrible experience and after reading other comments I can see what old lady they were talking about being rude to her employees.

This is the worst Chinese food and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered chow fun which I love but at this restaurant it tasted gross I told her I didn’t like it and would like to order something else she started yelling at me and said that there was no returns so I told her that I will do my business somewhere else she then continued to yell and scream at me as I walked out.

The food here is good, not amazing. However the amount of food you get with the combo plate is awesome! Lots and lots of food for like $ 5.99 + tax is HARD TO BEAT! So for that, you’ve bumped up your 3 ½ rating to 4! Lol
The calamari was what really stood out to me. It truly packs a punch and then some! My favorite thing on the whole menu! I didn’t care too much for anything else.
So if you’re in the mood for Chinese food at an awesome price, clean environment and free water. This is the place, guys!
Also Nikki is an amazingly sweet waitress, who was really attentive and welcoming. Thanks, girl!

3 WORDS!!! WOW!!! This place is money… The pad Thai was the biz the service was fast the place is clean what more can I add but nothing. First time here definitely not my last, so glad I found this place, the food was on point! Good job

Had a bad experience a few months ago. Miscommunication with my orders: I cancelled one order and altered another order. the waitress didn’t understand. one order didn’t get cancelled and i settled for what she understood. then i told her i cancelled the order, she took it back but then told me the manager still wanted me to pay for it. I continued to get hassled at least 3 – 4 times for my order until I got a little annoyed then they finally let it go.
The waitress was nice, just not the most informative about their menu. When I asked what «chop suey» was she just explained it was «chop suey.» The manager/​owner (?) made the waitress be her middle person to communicate since we were of the same ethnicity to urge me to comply with their demands. Same ethnicity or not, I’m still a paying customer. I felt bad for the waitress because she seemed like she was just trying to listen to her boss… but she wasn’t really «all there» either… If I wasn’t Asian, maybe White, I probably wouldn’t have gotten that kind of experience. Really disappointed about my experience here.
Food is alright… I can’t really remember after this experience.
