While searching online for a company to replace the last of a string of horrible, big-​name alarm companies that I had previously used, I came across FrontPoint. My first impression, to be perfectly honest, was that it sounded too good to be true. In fact I literally thought to myself that someone from FrontPoint must have written the rave reviews I found all over the internet. Customer service was a major problem with ALL of my old companies, so I thought I’d put them through a little test. I searched around online until I found their customer service phone number for EXISTING customers (not their sales line which they’d be sure to answer) and gave it a call. I immediately spoke to a real, friendly, and helpful human being. Not long later, to my surprise, their Chief Operating Officer, Peter Rogers, called me back. We spoke for thirty minutes. I have been a happy customer ever since.
Every single interaction I’ve had with FrontPoint has been outstanding, from my test-​call years ago through the last call, when I needed a new backup battery, which they happily sent to me without charge. I’m not a big review-​writer, but I’m happy to write this one.

I was a ADT customer for awhile. Move to FrontPoint and very satisfied. They have the same service but less. Cellphone base alarm is the way to go! No need to get a landline coz who needs a landline when you have your cellphone. Thanks FrontPoint!
