Awesome provider! They were out on time, service was quick, provider was friendly… and he also told me I could bring my car key in to get fixed!!! I would certainly refer them for all of your key, lock, and safe needs!

Gave me the run around and a lot of mouth service, but could not produce a key. Made 2 trips to their location. I think I was dealing with a new guy, because after calling 2 dealerships (fresno and Cerritos, ca) and Paxton Locksmith the issue he was having was a non-​issue! Called Paxton Locksmithing in Fresno, they came out 20 mins after I called them and made me 2 keys in less than 10 mins, made the other key I was going to have fixed because the case was breaking by Fresno Mobile for super cheap for an additional 5 mins! The only good thing here was he at least did not make me a wrong key, because I told him I wasn’t going to pay for an incorrect key. Call around and then use Paxton Locksmithing, fast, reliable and affordable.

I spoke to Ernie about getting a FOB key cut and programmed and he gave me a no nonsense quote with a good price. I bought the key from an online vendor and it didn’t work (surprise), you get what you pay for. Fortunately these guys had one in stock and they got it cut and programmed quickly, again, for a decent price. I’d say they are friendly, efficient, and fairly priced. It was also a big plus that they’re open on Saturday.

Walt has rekeyed my house twice. The last time he came out at 2:30 AM and rekeyed. That was the first time in my life I called anyone at that hour for service.
He is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. He spent an hour and gave me a discount from the rate he quoted me.
He is the only AAA 24-​hour locksmith in the county.
I would definitely use him again.

The worst sort of dishonest business. They won’t tell you how long they will actually be or that they aren’t coming. Then you might have a chance of making other arrangements.
I lost my keys in Yosemite and called at 1 pm to get my car rekeyed. I was told they would be there by 4:30, fine.
I called at 4:45, 5:30, 6:30, 8:00 and 9:00, each time to be told they would be on their way and should arrive within an hour. They never showed up.
They lied to me for 5 hours and left us stranded and having to pay top dollar for last minute accommodation.
If they had just told me they couldn’t make it, then I could have made other arrangements.
As I said, the worst sort of company.
BEWARE!
