Extremely disappointed with this practice and with Dr. Abdulian. My grandmother was seen in the ER and was referred to Dr. Abdulian for an obstruction. They scheduled her out 2 ½ weeks out. She was in such severe pain and at 78 would cry herself to sleep. We called the front office and spoke with Charlene, whom gave us the run around. After 3 days of calling daily, Charlene said Dr. Abdulian was booked. We ended up in the ER two more times to which we called after and said that this was totally unacceptable practice! She needed an endoscopy and colonoscopy. There’s nothing more heartbreaking than watching the person who cared for you cry themselves to sleep and you can’t do anything.
Charlene said she’d call us back today before 5:00pm and she never called.
I’m so disappointed with this practice and cannot believe that a group of individuals could stand to treat people like this. Is it because she’s medi/​medi and doesn’t have private insurance? Had the roles been reversed…
She is yet to be seen but from this experience alone, I don’t recommend this practice. There are other viable and humane doctors out there.

I came here to see Dr. Aurora. I really like this place because you kind of feel comfortable with the staff. They were really nice and I did not have to wait very long to see my dr.
