ABC7NEWS local Fresno news channel will give a good plug to any business owner who can walk and chew gum at the same time. First I went to their RETAIL store to check out their price range and observed that their markup was higher than

and Kay Jewelers. A pair of 14k diamond earrings ran for 519.00 + tax, and you know that special amythest pendant you always wanted? I saw one for $ 999.99. Should have gone to
. When I walked into Fresno Coin… Blah, blah. Jewelry store, I was greeted by an African American security guard who asked me if he could help me with anything. How cool is that. The security guard is going to assist me pick out a piece of jewelry for myself. I told him that I was looking for a platinum Tiffany & CO ring and he told me that, «It was scattered throughout the store.» Was I being profiled? Don’t know.
Went to their pawn shop department and was informed that they, «Are a Wholesaler,»
and was offered $ 200.00 for a 6.25 gram, size 10 sizeable Platinum ring from Tiffany & CO because, «Their listing prices on eBay are from $ 700.00 — $ 800.00.» I received a quote for $ 110.00 for a size 10, solid18k gold amythest ring with a bezel cut and it all went downhill from there. I called Fresno Family owned Retail Jewelry store to get all of the details as to how they operate so that I could get some valuable quotes just in case they’re SUE Happy. Unlike eBay sellers, they have a «NO REFUNDS,» policy. The upside is that they only sell the real deal. Because Fresno Family Owned Jewelry blah, blah, blah is a WHOLESALER that sells RETAIL, they have 3 locations in the Fresno Area. How can you beat a deal like that? Deal Me in. I want a piece of the action.

I really liked Fresno Coin Gallery. You park in a private parking lot. There are two separate buildings for Fresno Coin Gallery. One of the buildings is the show room where you can look at and purchase jewelry and coins. The building adjacent to this one is for selling your jewelry for cash. This place has high-​security which made me feel very comfortable. There are approximately 12 or so windows for staff to help the customers.
I lost a 14 karat gold earring with diamonds along it and I decided to sell its mate because I didn’t see a purpose in having only one earring. The line was long when I walked in, but because there was a sufficient amount of windows the wait wasn’t so bad.
Prior to visiting Fresno Coin Gallery, I checked out two other jewelry stores. Fresno Coin Gallery offered me $ 10 more than the other places so I went with it. If I ever have more jewelry to sell, I will definitely go here first.

I have purchased many items at Fresno Coin Gallery and each and every time I have been treated with the highest level of respect and fairness. I feel more like an appreciated customer here than at any other jewelry store I’ve been to. Their prices are very reasonable and it all comes with excellent customer service. I’ve talked to several of their associates and have never encountered any negativity whatsoever. Can’t wait to shop for my next jewelry item. I won’t go anywhere but Fresno Coin Gallery.

I took a few pieces of gold, before I knew it he asked if he could scratch the gold, for some reason. I am not familiar with the procedure, but I felt obligated after he did that. I got $ 550.00, but I truely believe if I had taken it elsewhere I would have been paid more.

I just did my first business with Fresno Coin Gallery & Connie helped me. She was just great & gave me other ideas on what to look for. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. I will be going back.

For being in Fresno, this is a good shop. Very large place with two buildings. They were unfamiliar with my Thai 23k Gold and gave me an insultingly low offering for it, however they paid a very good and fair price for another gold coin they were familiar with.
Somewhat slow service due to the place being packed with customers but the staff were polite and professional.
I didn’t buy anything or really look at their prices but there appeared to be a very large selection of coins, metal detectors and various other things for sale.
Definitely good for some window shopping and if you have common items they know how to value and sell, they’ll probably pay you a good price for them. But take your niche items elsewhere.

I have been selling and buying with the FCG for years. They have been consistently courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Carlos is one of their master jewelers and he is great. He can repair anything and is working on my wedding ring right now. They have some of the most beautiful jewelry in the area, for a fraction of what you’d spend in a retail store. I was managing a few estates property and I had been researching online and looked on Unilocal for the highest rated gold and silver shops and this one was at the top of the list. So i visited here first and they were very helpful and informative. I wanted to get an overall perspective of what the stuff might be worth so I went to a few places also listed on Unilocal.Fresno Coin Gallery Jewelry & Loan had the over all best deal and the best service. They even gave me a deal on a couple of items that another place gave me a better price on. Drew, Richard and Martha were the ones that helped out on all of the items. They were very professional and it was an overall great experience.

My wife and I went today and I was impressed just driving up and being greeted by a security guard. We went in with some jewelery and there were about 10 windows and stood in line for a few minutes and then we went up and my wife send something in spanish to the teller and she imediately brought someone who spoke spanish and examined all the jewelery my wif brought and explained thier value to us. I would recomend this place to anyone. What I liked the most is the security inside and out and the staff who seemed very friendly and helpful.

I went here to sell some gold that was just sitting around. I checked the worth of the gold I wanted to sell, at the time it was $ 28.00 per gram and they offered me $ 21.00 per gram and I had 38 gms. So they charged me $ 7.00 a gram to sell it to them. In other words HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Nothing like taking advantage of someone. I will never go here again. I didn’t need the money thank GOD. legally stealing. Gotta love it.

Within a few weeks of buying a ring at Fresno Coin, 1 diamond fell out and a second diamond had damage. I was pretty upset about this as I had just bought the ring and I didn’t want to spend money replacing these diamonds. After considering my options, I decided to contact Fresno Coin — I was expecting them to say that all sales were final and not help me out. Imagine my surprise when they said that they would address my problem and that they wanted to «do the right thing.» WOW! I was shocked! They took the time to discuss my options (I could have them repair the ring, they would give me a refund or discount, etc). I decided to have the ring repaired. They replaced the missing stones and double checked the other stones to make sure this didn’t happen again. My ring is now in perfect condition at no charge to me thanks to the wonderful customer service at Fresno Coin!

This is place pays the most for jewelery. I compared the same pieces at 3 different places. This place paid $ 50 more.
The setup of the place is a little confusing if you are a first timer. They have 2 buildings on the site. One is a showroom and the other is where you sell jewelery, gold, silver.
When you go inside the building there is a single waiting line. I believe they have 12 help windows. The line moved fairly fast so the wait wasn’t to long.
The person did a few tests in front of me, then disappeared to run further tests. I didn’t care much for that, but since they have so many windows, I’ll forgive it.
The staff were all business, no chit chat.
I will go back since I came to make money, not friends.

I like to stop in & check out the different coin’s & paper money they offer & usually leave with a little something to ad to my collection. Took in some currency item’s to trade once & they gave a fair enough price for what I had.

After hearing and seeing many ads for.‘WE BUY GOLD’ I decided to get on the bandwagon. A good buddy of mine had recently done business with the coin gallery so I thought I’d go and check it out… I’m glad I did… walked in went up to a window talked with an employee. Drew Leef. very decent polite guy. When he told me what they would give me for my piece I was really amazed… actually about four times what I expected !! A great way to start the day. All in all a great expierence. there is no question I would go back to this place.
