I wouldn’t recommend! Don’t go here! I had my last experience here yesterday. Yes, it really depends on the person doing your threading. I believe south East Asians (namely Indian and Pakistani womxn) should be doing threading.
This Asian girl here does my shaping fine but consistently threads my EYELID which is PAINFUL and when I ask her why she says there is hair there! but I’ve been being threaded for 7 years and nobody threads my fxcking eyelid?! There is no hair there she is just confused
My most recent experience there was the most exquisitely painful experience of my life. Some Latina tore the shit out of the skin on my upper lip. She didn’t just make a scratch as she skimmed over my upper lip with the thread. She CUT that shit open with string and it was so painful I will never ever ever go back. She told me «It’s been so long since I’ve cut someone I’m sorry» but that was no simple cut, she did not know what she was doing! They should only hire Indian girls but it’s illegal. They are also overpriced.

Got my eyebrows done here asked for a CLEAN UP, had grown my brows for over a year to get them to where I wanted, I always communicate what I want done because if not they will do whatever the fuck they want, paid the $ 13 which is WAY overpriced for the shitty job they do, the girls that work there don’t know how to do eyebrows, I don’t even think these girls get trained, I left with my eyebrows cut unaligned and a mess, DO NOT GO HERE! BELIEVE ME IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

My first time ever going here it was just convenient. The lady who helped me just had me sit down didn’t talk to me or ask me anything at all I already had a shape I just needed to be cleaned. This was my second time being threaded and it hurt more than before I noticed she was taking a while and I just felt a bunch of hair coming off once she showed me my eyebrows I was very upset they went from nice and full to thin thin thin! I don’t know how or why she would take so much off.

I’ve been here twice and both times I have had a fairly good experience. A lady quickly had me sit down and started right away. The lady seemed a little hurried and wasn’t the nicest, but she did a good job. Although the threading left a few small scabs under my right brow, the lady kept my eyebrows thick the way I like. She also shaped them very nicely and my eyebrows now look very clean!

I had my eyebrows done for an event. I chose this place for its convenience, but never read the reviews…
Just eyebrows were $ 13, which is way more than my usual $ 5 in So Cal. The lady asked if i wanted a touch up and I said yes, so that was communicated. My eyebrows are now uneven and will have to be grown out to fix it. I’m really unhappy and do not recommend this place.

So I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school and they used to do a good job but recently it’s been really bad eyebrow threading. I came in with my mom and we both left unsatisfied AND they raised the prices?!? Horrible all around.

It’s a hit or miss here.
The lady that did my brows today did it quick and I was surprised.
I told her I only wanted it cleaned up. Not thin.
Next thing I know I’m over here at sephora looking for ways to fill in my brows and make them look fuller because all SHE LEFT ON MY FACE WAS A THIN ASS LINE.
I don’t have a small face so my brows LOOK SO SMALL AND THIN. LIKE UGHHHHH!!!
It’s going to take forever to grow back. So mad. Never coming back after today.
Usually I have a better experience. But no one has ever done it this bad. I’m so sad.

I wrote a review here a few months ago and it erased so back it is. Horrible customer service. You have to wait for a long time for them to tell you «sorry you have to come back later» more than twice. Only one person was kind.

Only one girl is good here! I’ve gone twice and the first time one girl with short black hair who had bandaids on here fingers was excellent. But the second time this other girl left my eyebrows not only uneven but she completely threaded out my original eyebrow. What I mean by this is she did not follow the natural curve of my eyebrow shape and took all that hair out and shorten my eyebrow length. I do not recommend this place!!! Please go somewhere else! Unless you want to have to wait months until your natural eyebrow hair grows back into it’s original place!

Sucks so BAD. HORRRRIBLE. There’s seriously only one person there that’s good at their job. The rest suck. Only go if you plan on getting a few hairs threaded, other then that… DONT RISK IT. They absolutely suck. I’ve gone there 5 times and 4 out of 5 it was HORRIBLE, always crooked eyebrows, one thinner then the other, one higher then the other, that or both are TOO thin. I believe in second chances but I gave them FIVE TRIES. 5 different girls and only one did them right. Goodluck with going there.
