Contacted Eugene (9÷22÷15) on advice of representative of Honda dealership representative referral. The issue was a broken Honda Odyssey 6-​Disc CD changer. Good job with actual rebuild — poor customer service and poor communication — bad installation method resulted in (likely) weak battery that will require repair /​replacement. Attempt to troubleshoot with Eugene led to denial and threats of a lawsuit.

You will be lied to, stolen from, blown off, and good luck getting in the door. If you open the door to this business, that should be enough to make you turn around. I left a unit there for 3 months and was run around the whole time. I finally picked it up and it had missing screws on it.
«Gene» is only going to fix your Navi in your car because its his bread and butter. He’s all about the quick buck and does nothing for quality.

Looks terrible from the outside and the inside is ten times worse! Entire store piled 3 – 4 feet deep with junk! Accepts cash only? And deals with stolen merchandise. Wish I could post a pic of the inside of this place. So bad it is almost beyond belief. Made the huge mistake of leaving a TV for repair. Eugene lied for three days about when it would be ready. Never did fix it, and then when I picked it up he tried to give me back a different TV! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE!!!

I had a horrible experience with the owner of this shop. I should have trusted my first impression and not left my TV in his filthy, completely disorganized shop. The man was working on a TV on the sidewalk in front of the shop because there are parts, TVs, radios and junk filling the shop from floor to ceiling! Against my better judgement, I left it. He gave me a verbal estimate and said he would call me the next day and the TV would be ready. He did not. I called him two days later and he said the would be ready in a few hours. When I stopped by his shop he was VERY rude and told me it was not ready. I came back a few hours later and thankfully his son was the only person there. His son then informed me they only took cash! It would have been nice to know this before I left the TV! During the transaction a shady looking character came up to the shop with what looked like an expensive car stereo that had wires hanging out of the back. The man wanted to sell it and was looking for some cash. I could only assume that this was a stolen radio and the owner bought it! No questions asked! I can guarantee I will avoid this man and his business like the plague and inform all my friends to do the same!

«eugene» is a rude, sour old man. I have been an electronics technician for 5 years, and I brought him a board out of a flatscreen tv that needed new capacitors (2 of them had swelled and almost popped). I walk through the front door and immediately the guy acted as if I was burdening him by doing so. I asked him for the capacitors, he asked me why. I told him why. Then he looks at me with attitude and barks «how do you know?» then he proceeded to tell me why I was wrong and that the capacitors were fine. Needless to say, I left, and when I got home I plugged the board back in since he SAID they capacitors were fine and looked for another problem. after 2 min of being plugged in, the capacitors started SMOKING!!! Ya, they must be fine… idiot. anyone who lets this guy work on their stuff is taking a BIG risk… good luck.
