I picked up my order that was completely wrong, and stuck to the box. I called and the girl was so rude on the phone and tried to argue about what I ordered. This store and the employees obviously lack professionalism but what more can you expect from a store in the ghetto… They hire ghetto as well. Bad service and bad pizza.

We love this place. The customer service is great and they always make great pizzas. Last night we had a pizza delivered and it was the wrong one, I called them up and told them, they let us keep the pizza and delivered the one we ordered. Great place.

Me and my girlfriend ordered the chicken parm and chicken habenero sandwhich. The bread was perfect ! Not soggy at all super crunchy and the wait time was decent.

the pizza is okay and the way I ordered it, BUT … took forever to arrive due to driver not following the simple direction of call and i will come to meet you at the curb. he wandered all over the apartment complex instead and when he did arrive, had the wrong order so he had to make a return trip with the right delivery items. with 2 pizzas and sandwhich in hand, they failed to include my dipping sauces (6 total = $ 3.00). it’s only 3 bucks extra for nothing but still, when you want blue cheese you expect to get it after ordering and paying. they did make right and sent the sauces out with a free 2 liter of coke. I am chalking this experience up to them having a rough day, they are normally really good with quality and service.

I ordered pizza for delivery and after not receiving Parmesan cheese I was told they only carry peppers no Parmesan cheese. That’s like a water company not having water or a liquor store not having alcohol. WTF Parmesan Cheese is part of pizza and if I request it beforehand let me know you are too cheap to carry cheap powdery cheese to soak up the grease on my pizza.
The delivery driver was fas and the pizza was not how I ordered Brooklyn style, it was a regular crust pizza and the second most important part of pizza the grease soaking Parmesan Cheese was not there now I have to use a napkin so I don’t have grease running down my chin you Cheapskates. Never Again from this location.

Good customer service they helped me out take the pizzas to my car… I didn’t even ask… they offered… Everyone was friendly was worth the out of route commute!
