Worst service ever ! They didn’t have my refills ready. The pharmacist called them before hand and they never returned the call so I had to call back and fourth for about an hour. Then they didn’t have my lab work sent out when I was told that if I went to the lab it would be ready and I had to wait an additional week for them to send it out. Every time I go in for my appointments they make me wait an additional hour before seeing me. Then they take me to the room and make me wait an additional half hour for the doctor. The doctor talks to me for 5 minutes and that is it. Every time I see the doctor it’s like I have to catch her up on what I did. She doesn’t look at my chart before our appointment. I’ve never had such terrible service from a doctor office.
