By far the worst experience I’ve had with both storage facilities AND customer service.
Upon renting a unit to fit nearly everything I own, as I opened the door to the unit for the first time, the rusted bolts on the rusted henge broke off and the door landed on my foot. The manager, Janet, was incredibly rude.
