As past of Leadership Fresno, I learned all about the proper care and feeding of Holstein Cows. We got to tour their facilities and to see cows being milked, fed and cared for. What an amazing staff of about 40 folks, who are successfully running this family business in ongoing tough economic times. For decades, this team has weathered the financial storm through hard work and dedication to excellence. The cows are well fed, managed and maintained and produce many of the delicious milk-​based products we enjoy in Fresno and beyond.
