CVS pharmacy

The CVS pharmacy is my main reason for going. Short lines, prompt help and friendly customer support. I will continue to keep this pharmacy as my medication destination.

The store really needs a remodel. I just moved to fresno and transfered me and my husbands existing perscriptions to the fulton mall location. It took about 7 days and many angry calls to the store. Nobody ever followed up on my calls until i complained directly to the pharmacist. He finally got the ball rolling. One of the meds was cymbalta. Anyone who takes it knows that abrupt stopping can cause severe withdrawls and even seizures. My husband was very sick without it for so long. The location is good but the store is run down. It smells of cat urine and mildew. Th building is ancient and probably in the air vents. I could not stand being in the store due to the horrible smell. They have a good selection of items but nobody is going to stay there and shop until they do something about the smell. Be prepared to wait on average about 30 minutes in line for the pharmacy.

Let the naysayers complain about the neighborhood and the lines, it’s all worth the great customer service. On numerous occasions I’ve needed help finding items with lots of assistance from the employees, even going as far as taking me to the item location I’m looking for. That’s the key to true quality customer service, which you hardly receive anywhere these days.
I usually come here for the Chase ATM, but also for money orders and other items. I like that they push you to be a CVS member, because you really do save a lot of money, which they straight out tell you.
Despite the neighborhood and lines, I guarantee you’ll get great customer service. I’m hardly a fan of the CVS chain, but don’t mind stopping by this store.

What do you expect? Its a cvs in the fulton mall that should be more than enough said! There’s always bums outside asking for food/​money, and always 100 people in line and one person at the checkv out line taking their time, asking everyones life story.

Don’t ever come here for one thing. You’ll in line forever. The staff seem to be a bit ghetto but considering the location they must blend in. Only one registered is only open for most of the time so you do a lot of waiting in line.
The reason I gave it two stars instead of one because they are the only drugstore around walking distance.
