Carl’s Jr Restaurant

The service is insanely slow for a fast food spot. Also, which is not the fault of this particular CJs, the prices on the burgers are starting to get out of control. I got 2 burgers a la carte and my total was north of $ 13.

The new jalapeño brisket burger was terrible. I was so excited to try it and after spending over $ 11 on this burger was terribly disappointed it looked and tasted worse than cafeteria food. I thought it was a sloppy Joe man which. I actually only ate half of it and left it on the table for them to dispose of

We went to this Carls Jr and had the worst service.
When we walked in there was nobody in the restaurant. My friend placed his order then my husband and I placed our order. After us four other groups of people came in. One group was a family with five kids.
My friend received his order and started eating. While he was eating the server who brought the food out was busy refilling condiments and stopped once for a drive through order she needed to take.
When our friend finished eating I went up to the counter, now 20 minutes since we placed our order. I noticed a large amount of food sitting there ready to be served. I did not say anything because the father with the five kids was trying to get them to fix his order. I also notice the server who was wearing the drive through headset was putting orders on trays. I went and sat back down thinking my order should be come out.
I was very wrong. The server brought food out to two other groups. One being the family with all the kids.
I went to the counter and asked why have I not received my order. I explained that I had ordered before all the others and they were receiving there food plus our friend who ordered before us has already finished his food. This is when I started have the bigger issue.
While I was speaking to the nice casher the server making up the order trays was arguing with the Cooks in a very disrespectful way. I could tell the casher was scared to approach the subject of my food with the mean and very angry server. Once the casher turned and told the server that I had not received my order the nasty server yelled and told the casher I’m working on it.
That is when I had to say something to the anger server. I told her I had been there for almost 30 minutes with out receiving my order, yet orders have gone out to other that ordered after me. The angry server turned and with a whole lot of pissy body language and while rolling her eye said «YOU DON’T have your food cuz I HAVEN’T brought it to you yet.» I turned and walked away. The Angry server began yelling at the Casher in Spanish. I can not tell you what was said since I only speak English.
I told my husband what the mean server had said. He went to the counter and asked for a refund. We were give cash and an apology from the Casher. The Server tried to say something but was cut off by my Husband’s comment which was «It’s not busy and this is a simple job that high school kids can do and apparently your to incompetent to even do this job.»
We left there with our money, sodas and a wasted 30 minutes that we can not get back.

Friendly and quick drive through. And of course, who doesn’t love a yummy burger!

My mom ordered fish tacos from here once a few weeks ago. They told us to pull up out front because the fish tacos were not ready. I bet my mom was the only customer in a while who ordered fish tacos if they made us pull up out front to wait for it. They probably had them frozen or something because who the hell orders fish tacos at Carls Jr. Obviously my mom LOL. They probably had to thaw them out quickly and cook them at a high temperature, that explains our wait lol. Why have them on the menu then if you don’t have them prepped?
The lady brought out her bag to us. When we drove off, my mom pulled out a taco from her bag, and sauce oozed EVERYWHERE from the taco wrapper. It looked like it was sloppily thrown together and the sauce got all over my mom’s new shirt and jeans. Her shirt to this day is still stained from the oozed sauce.
She enjoyed her tacos, but they were a goddamn mess. Very sloppy. We won’t be back to this location.

Great place to eat. I am a frequent visitor to this Carl’s Jr and have never really gotten bad service. Sometimes they can be a bit slow but the food is really fresh so its worth the wait.

It is Carl’s JR good place for cheat food but this was a good place to stop and eat on the way to the Vet Center.

I’ve been here a handful of times before and it was just mediocre. It wasn’t really worth reviewing but today was different. The service has changed IMMENSELY! All the employees were SOO kind and offered to take away our empty trays and sincerely seemed like they want to go beyond what they were required to do. Our order was ready in under 5 minutes and everything tasted GREAT! What an awesome improvement!

The food has always been good here. Nothing bad ever has happened while placing my order or getting my food. The people here are great. And they are open late night which is alway good after a late night out.
