just came back from there and YUCK, I always wanted to try there biscuits and gravy and yucky as heck. the biscuits were hard to break apart are they pre-​made and put in an oven. the gravy was too thick. I also purchased the tater tots with it and yuck they were stuck togther. what the _​_​L L is going on there.
will not be going back here for the biscuits and gravy going to stay with the Mc Donalds biscuits and gravy all from this point on.

Staff are very nice and pleasant to deal with.
However…the other issues override that.
Recently going through the drive thru I ordered a Double Western X-​tra Bacon thick burger meal with large fries and drink. The fries were obviously double fried, probably because they didn’t want to take the time to make fresh and slow down their drive thru times. Then I bit into the burger, and the onion rings on it were also obviously double fried. Both tasted disgusting. I took the onion rings off, and ate the burger, but still… it wasn’t what I paid for, and the fries were virtually inedible.
This store sees nearly all of its business through drive thru, so I have no doubt they are under a lot of pressure to protect their drive thru time averages, but that is no excuse for this. This was nearly a $ 10 meal, and there is no excuse for it.
I wrote a complaint on the CJ’s corporate website. I got a call back from the store manager, who offered to replace the meal when I come in next.
So I went in that evening. I had the receipt still. I told the cashier what happened, she confirmed it with the manager, and asked me what I had ordered. I tried 3 times to get her to take the receipt to make sure they got my order correct, but she declined, said the manager remembered it.
Got home and the meal was incorrect, sending me home with a regular double western bacon cheeseburger. I spent $ 10 on a meal that was virtually inedible, and had it replaced with a meal that was about 40% less in value.
So if you decide to brave this store, check your food before leaving. Actually open it and check it.
I live very nearby, so the store is very convenient for me. I wish I could say this experience was an exception to past experiences, but it isn’t. I’ve had other issues with incorrect orders or poorly prepared items, but none this blatant.
