Buffalo Ranch Wings & Things

Not very good at all. Maybe I was there on an off day but it was not good. The wings were overcooked and dry. Tried 3 different sauces and all were mediocre at best. Should have been a signal to not eat here when they also do egg rolls.

Real good place to eat, nice people and real fast service!!! A+A+A+ I will be coming back for sure!!!

Great food… with 16 flavors of sauce to choose from. We LOVE to come here for our to go order before our Netflix and chill. :-)

Hands down the best wing stop! We tried this place when it first opened & we have been going back ever since. Its family owned & operated &everyone there is so nice. They will remember from the first time you come in. Today I ordered the bone in wings in Hot & Spicy Asian & as always they were perfect. Crispy, jucy & flavorful. The wings are consistent every time, if you order Hot flavor you are going to get that taste every time they never disappoint. They have a Wednesday special bone in wings for 50 cents which is a great deal! They have about 11 different flavors for the wings & depending on the size order you can pick different flavors. They also have fried mushrooms which are just as good as the wings. They also sell burgers & egg rolls that I haven’t tried yet. The place looks like its in a bad area but don’t let that full you I have never had any problems here & it is definitely worth the stop, if you call in the order they will have it ready for pick up, don’t let the location let you miss out on this gem; they seriously have the best wing I have ever tasted. One bad thing … Once you’ve had these wing, you never want wings from anywhere else.

Lemon pepper, wings are fantastic here. Hot, crispy and best in town, yes, it’s a hole in the wall, and may be scary, but worth the try!

Without a shadow of a doubt, the very best wings in town. The owners are incredibly nice and make amazing wings, egg rolls, and burgers. They have a total of 16 different flavors to choose from. (Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan are my favorite) There service is amazing, doing something as simple as punching holes in to-​go boxes so your wings don’t get soggy goes a long way with me!

Place has amazing philly cheese steak… Order it cooked in the suicide sauce and get the bread not toasted and you will be amazed… The wings are good too but I go for the #39 majority of the time.

Chicken wings are not so fresh. So dry. The lady at the cashier, she was nice and has good service. But. food was bad.

The atomic was not too good and it can use a little help. The other flavors were good. This place will give buffalo wild wings a run for their money, better pricing, and plus great service. Definitely will I will be a returning customer.

No words. Even better than Buffalo Wild Wings! If you’re looking for some good boneless chicken wings minus the hustle & bustle and loudness of BWW’s, this place is THE place. It’s affordable and tastes like HEAVEN. Love love love!!!
The only scary thing is that it’s in the middle of what looks like the ghetto side of Fresno. Lmao but other than that, you can risk your life for some good ol’ wings. Shoot I did.

Wings are my Guilty pleasure so when I need my wing fix I come here! Which is once a week … That being said, the wings here are amazing they are fried perfectly. When I bite into my wings I enjoy how the wings remain crispy when dredged in the sauce of your choice. No flappy chicken skin here! My favorite flavors are suicide and spicy BBQ. The owners are very friendly and this restaurant is always clean I guarantee if you try the wings here you will
Never need to go back to BWW or Wingstop Generous portions and the deep fried mushrooms

I eat out quite a bit, but less than I used to. Anyway, people ask me about places to eat, or recommend a place I should try. Buffalo Ranch was one such place. It’s not in an area I find myself around lunch or on the weekends. So when I did have the opportunity, I figured it’s now or never. With a place named Buffalo Ranch, your first thought it, «get the wings.» Except, I don’t do spicy, and their most mild flavor is Hot. So that’s out of the question. So then I was drawn to the ranch burgers. Right before the words could come out of my mouth, I decided to get a Philly cheese steak sandwich. I’ve been looking for something that taste like an authentic cheese steak. Haven’t found it yet. Some have come close, but this wasn’t it. The cheese and peppers were very good, but the meat was a bit tough for my taste. If they could combine the cheese and peppers here with the meat from the Sandwich Shop, they would have a real winner. Alas, it hasn’t happened yet. The fries were perfect. Crispy on the outside, but not hard. Just the right amount of seasoning. This is a place I have to bring my family to try

I’ve been meaning to check out this place for a while. I wish I went sooner!
They sell chicken wings (obviously!), burgers, chicken strips and various sides.
I went there for the chicken wings. Tuesdays and Wednesdays they have $.50 wing specials; boneless wings for Tuesday and regular wings on Wednesday. You must get a minimum of 6 per flavor however.
I tried three flavors: Hot, BBQ and Spicy Teriyaki with a side order of fries. The fries and the wings came piping hot. We had to wait a bit for them to cool down. They were very flavorful and messy! I was expecting there to be veggies and ranch on the side but that comes separate.
The prices were very very reasonable. Our total came out to less than $ 15 for two people which is awesome for a broke college student!
Overall the food and service was good! One of the chefs came out to check on us which I really liked. However it is a cash only store so come prepared.

The wings are crispy, and there are many different sauces to choose from. My favorite is the spicey BBQ. We’ve done family orders through the phone, they said it’d take 15min and were spot on! Love this place!

Fantastic wings! The place might not be in the best location or have the best curb appeal, but the tasty wings and wonderful owners make up for it. The wings are always fresh and crispy. None of those breaded nasty wings. They also have other great menu items! The mushrooms are delicious! Wing Stop and Bufallo Wild Wings are no competition to this place. Highly recommend!

This is a little hidden spot. Best wing made fresh every day. Hot wings are my favorite, bbq wings a long lost treat, but they are here. I have to say the small spots are always the best. You seat your self but they still bring out the order. I say don’t pass this place up its the best chicken wing spot in Fresno.

Went in to order right before closing. The lady who greeted us was very kind as we took a second to look at the menu and she didn’t rush us, just waited for us to decide. We placed our order 12 pc of wings and an order of potato skins. We waited about 10 minutes and got our order. Wings were still hot by the time we got home and were delicious! You can tell they are marinated and not just dipped in sauce right before. Still crispy and lots of flavor. Potato skins weren’t as salty as I would like them (but that’s a good thing since I eat too much salt) they have bacon and chives with melted cheese. $ 16.72 for everything. Will definitely be going back again when craving wings :) plus they came with ranch, carrots and celery.

Scary scary location. It’s hard to believe this restaurant is even open. I drove past it for weeks thinking it was abandoned. The drive through sign is smashed & there’s litter all around the parking lot.
But it got good reviews so I called & ordered boneless wings to go on their Tuesday 50 cent wing night.
No cards in the drive through — cash only.
My order was haphazardly boxed so the hot wings were melding with the teriyaki wings.
The teriyaki didn’t taste like soy or anything remotely Japanese. They tasted like not-​hot wings.
But…very nicely cooked chunks of white meat.

So. On condition of cash only, take-​out only, I’d pick up another Tuesday special if I were coming from the East because flipping a U on Shields from the West is a major pain.

I stopped in as the rating was favorable. I’m a traditionalist when it comes to wings so I ordered them spicy. Thank goodness they were served with a rack of napkins. It wasn’t for the sauce on my fingers it was for the sweat on my brow. A five piece with a drink was $ 8.90. A bit higher than one would think but well worth it. They have a drive up window if you need to eat in your car. Saucy wings in a car might not be the best idea.
