Zarkis and family are the best people, and do some of the best work in california period. I’ve been into cars and motorcyles for 43 years nobody has ever treated me more fair, bought a 54 chevy pickup about 8 years ago from sacramento and on the way home to southern cal stopped in fresno with exstream front end problems on a friday nobody would touch it, Zarkis went out of way making it better than new and also worked on it Saturday, if you love your vehicles do yourself a favor and go to the best.

Went to Bud Eberwein Automotive. Best service ever! My vehicle had a direct fuse short and they fixed. They did not charge me a ridicules price as if I had gone to the dealership. I’ll admit I called around first and it was crazy what some places were going to charger me just to look at my vehicle. I dealt directly with the owner Mr. Martirosian. Very professional and very courteous. He answered all my questions and honored the Unilocal discount! I highly recommend this establishment. As a matter of fact the sun visor in my vehicle is broke and they are also going to fix it. Hey gave me a very reasonable price, not what the dealer was going to charged me for part and the labor. So I will be back! Thank you Bud Eberwein Automotive!

The owner of Bud Eberwein Auto contacted me regarding this review, apologized and sent me a refund for the difference. To be honest, I was surprised that he went out of his way to make it right and for this I have to update my star rating to 4 stars. You hardly see this kind of customer service in today’s economic climate. Even though I felt the initial invoice was a little excessive, Bud Eberwein came through months later. As for the service, to date I haven’t experienced any problems.
