This in home center turned out to be one disappointing experience. The provider seemed to not realize she was hired as a support to us and to be apart of our team. She portrays a woman who wants to love your child and do what’s best for them but cannot handle feedback. When communication was already a bit off she became snotty and unprofessional. My child often refers to her as the mean one. As long as you don’t disagree with the provider and just go with the flow she’s ok but if a parent begins to question interactions and actually allows their child to talk about his/​her experience in front of her, prepare to find another care provider.
