I called quite a few jewelers to get a gem appraised. Mr. Bianchi gave me the best turn-​time for a reasonable price, and he was also nice enough to answer a work call on Memorial Day. The appraisal was finished very quickly and I am extremely happy with his level of service. He even gave me a discount on the fee (I’m assuming since I had just one quite small gem, not anything complex) which was MUCH appreciated.
