If blast to the past is your thing like me, primarily the 1920’s fashion and before, Bebe O’s should be legally considered your second home, because Bebe O’s is «the» place to come for everything vintage when in the Fresno metropolitan. This store is so passionate about being vintage that its actually been established in an old warehouse style building finished with old style bricks and gorgeous fine woods, its a heaven for me because I appreciate old style architecture. It use to be in a different location 2 miles down the road, but it has since moved to this new location to expand its inventory of vintage goods. The primary selection of clothing here is vintage — Generally speaking, clothing which was produced before the 1920s is referred to as antique clothing and clothing from the 1920s to 20 years before the present day is considered vintage. Most of this clothing was attained by the owners through shopping from other flea markets, and fashion avenues. Their price is not made for the thrift in all of us, but it wont bleed you dry either. The price ranges from $ 10-$ 50 for garments, which is standard price for good quality vintage. To the advantage of the consumer, Bebe O’s rents out their outfits and furniture too, especially for short term such as themed events, or monthly festivities such as halloween or weddings. The rental systems is simple, you buy the item for full price, and when you return it, you will get a portion of the price you pay, normally 50%-70% back. The store is immense in size, somewhat the ½ size of the first floor at Forever 21 located at Fashion Fair and its inventory is continuously updated, so there may not be the same thing. Ive had seen their items come and go real quick. In the store I find myself in vintage heaven, everything from vintage slip, cloche hat, the forehead band, patterned dress and skirts and so much more. The store is perfect for both men and women, because their mens inventory is on a level with the women’s collection, normally mens collection is rather small at a vintage store, but this store boast a large collection of men’s vintage too. The owners are exceptionally nice and friendly, reasonably chatty and eager to help. I do enjoy seeing the passion of these business owners. Parking is free, and is located right behind on the side of the building. Getting here is almost effortless, its located right at the corner of wishon and olive, its easy to miss it, because the building is almost unnoticeable since there is no huge signage or anything. But just know its right around the corner from the tower theatre. Its definitely a place for tourist to stop and window shop if ever in Fresno.

I love the items they have. Very big, organized and fun to browse. The people that work there are very nice. Vintage clothing items are a little bit pricey for my taste but they do have a nice selection. My biggest concern is the move. I really miss the old location. The new location is so ugly outside that I pass it up. I forget it is there. It looks like an old mechanics garage with no window displays like the old location. If people cant see your stuff from the street, people are not going to stop and look. My advice is to open up the garage door or get clear windows. I am really rooting for you guys but honestly think it might have been a poor choice for a new location.
