After visiting other pool stores, this is the only place my husband Johnny will go now.
Tom, the owner and his wife are very nice and personable. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to help, offering in our case, as relatively new pool owners, much needed guidance, as well as important suggestions. It is evident that he and his wife both genuinely care about their customers and are willing to go out of their way to assist in any way possible. Their prices are fair and reasonable and I believe that they even offer price matching.
If you’re looking for quality pool and/​or spa products, you appreciate awesome customer service, and you like to support local businesses, you’ll really love Backyard Spa and Leisure!

My wife and I recently purchased a gas fireplace insert at Backyard Spa and Leisure. We had been looking for over a month in stores throughout the valley but weren’t quite satisfied Backyard Spa & Leisure had what we were looking for They had the best price and customer service. Tom the owner was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He took the time to answer all our questions and he never pressured us to buy. The installation was excellent and on time They also helped us complete a rebate voucher for us

I called Backyard Spa and Leisure to have a technician come look and fix my gas fireplace. Although the problem was minimal and an easy fix they were very quick and friendly. They called me a few hours later to check up and make sure my fireplace was still functioning properly. Very nice people and I would definitely use them again!

My spa needed repair. I contacted this company. Amazing service from the initial phone call, to the repair estimates, to updates on items ordered, to delivery. Very knowledgeable. Personable. Kind. Excellent follow through and follow up. Quick to respond. To say I was impressed is an understatement. I will absolutely keep their number in my contact list for any future needs. Great business through and through. I give my highest recommendation. (Many thanks to Tom for getting our spa back in working condition… and looking good as new, as well)!
