This is by far the best meat store in all of Fresno! I come here all the time for a quick tri tip sandwich and soda for $ 6! And it’s a BIG sandwich. They also got a whole cooked tri tip with a bag of rolls pre sliced for $ 22 and that’s dinner for the night! DONE! And they’ve got local BBQ sauces too tons of meat choices to bring home too! I’m tellin ya this place is off the hook

Great customer service. I was standing in line to try a tri tip sandwich for the first time. I noticed they had somehow messed up the order for the customer ahead of me. They offered her a rack a rib if she’ll come by the next day to set things straight because of their mistake.
The tri tip was okay. Not the best I’ve had. Juicy and flavorful. The bread could of been better. BBQ sauce was okay.

Today I was reminded why I drive all the way from Shields and Locan to B&L…“the other” meat market in town has THE worst service and is way over priced. B&L always has the nicest people and the meat is always fresh.

Good price for tri-​tip. Don’t get the sliced version– they put too much salt seasoning– or maybe it just soaked up so much more of the seasoning because they’re already sliced– anywho– once a year or so, i get a hankering for tri-​tip and if i’m short on cash, i just buy one from here and enjoy it with some sweet barbecue sauce. To drown on the saltiness.
