Arthur’s Pools

I can’t rate the actual poool we ordered over a week ago, because I still haven’t received it (5 days after it was supposed to be delivered). Everytime I call to inquire, I am met with less than helpful people. They don’t seem to care at all about my concerns and there has been no attempt to make it right. If you do order anything from Arthur’s Pools, be prepared to wait a while!

By far the worst experience I had with a service provider in my life. I ordered a never ending 5×10 pool. I was told I would receive the pool in 3 weeks time and it toke 3 months! Then when I finally received the pool it had the wrong metal frame and after much deliberation emails/​phone calls I received the right frame. In addition the seller/​service provider (Craig) told me that my package deal price included the swimming system but this never came and after calling them about this they said that we never included a swimming system in your package. Silly me I still ordered the damn motor from them and they sent me a weaker 4hp 220volt motor then the one I ordered had no instructions! then my heater broke after 10 days use. I sent it back to the company that made the heater and they told me that this Heater is not for salt water pools and that arthurspools sold me the wrong heater that’s why it broke! They would not own up to their mistake and blamed me for faulty set up of my pool system. All their prices are over priced and I needed up spending unnecessary 1,200 dollars. I’m very very disappointed with them and plan on filing legal action. They are very manipulative and very very difficult to contact and get a straight answer. If I could I wouldn’t even give them a star. After all this I researched them online and they have some of the worst ratings and set up fake accounts to increase their ratings. Trust me look else where their are many other pool companies all over the U.S. That provide great service that I would recommend but not this one. Trust me stay away!!!

They do not deliver the product in the time frame they claim, customer service is non exsistant, i would not recommend contacting this company
