Had zippers replaced in two jackets. One was a ski jacket. Beautiful work! Price was fair.

I took my high heels in to have the bottom replaced because it had fallen off. The shoes were cream colored and I told him I didn’t NOT want black or any other color except cream for the replacements. I asked him if he could replace it with one similar to the one on the other heel and he jokingly said, «what, you can’t walk with black bottom heels?» Only he wasn’t kidding. When I got them back he had put black bottoms on them and blobbed paint all over them in an attempt to cover up the black. They turned out horrible! Don’t be fooled by the fact they’ve been around 50 years. I would NEVER go back to this place again. The only reason I even gave it one star was because that was the least it would let me do. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
