I shop here often. Most of my jeans & other favorite pieces are from here.
Why? Because I like the fabric. Not everything here is amazing but there are gems.
I love getting my t shirts here as opposed to F21 because it just holds up better and saves me the trouble of having to buy more.
The customer service here isn’t the best in the world but it’s literally just the Fresno mall. I come in, grab what I need and head home.

Crappy and rude customer service. You can tell the workers don’t like to work and are snobby. Lousy won’t be back!

Aside from not being able to breathe in the store, it’s impossible to hear because they’re blaring ultra-​loud music that nobody even likes. It’s annoying because they have 9,000 size XS and no size M. Also, the staff is very arrogant and rude.

Why is it so loud and so dark? They waste space and then it feels crowded when no one is around… Am I too old to shop here? I love their clothes but the experience of getting them is terrible

It pains me to even write this review, because it means Im admitting that I’ve been to this store. God just thinking about the store makes my stomach hurt from the memory of the stinch of cologne. I don’t have to tell you — all you have to do is walk past this store in the mall and try not to pass out from the fumes. On top of that, its dark and the music is blaring. My fiancé summed it up perfectlly after walking out today — «I feel like i need to bathe to get the stench off– why do I feel so dirty? It’s like being in a club!»
If you can get past that to look at their clothes (in the dark) you’ll notice that everything is definitely… Abercrombie & Fitch (I’m being nice). Tiny shorts, high school kids, & obnoxious logo tshirts is what you’ll find inside. And cute summer dresses. Which is what I was in the store for — I had eyed a cute white strapless dress on not one, not two, but three mannequins. First of all, I think it’s weird for a store to have one dress on 3 different mannequins — don’t you have any other stuff to put on it??? I searched and searched for it, but realized it wasn’t on the racks… ok so I asked if there were any left. Sorry, nope. Well… can I try on the mannequin’s dress? Nope. It’s not in the store policy to do that. Wtf. I’m pretty sure I would have fit in the dress perfectly & I was ready to buy it. The girl was nice and it’s the store policy, not hers, but er, take the damn dress down if it’s not for sale! Annoying, a waste of my time and a stupid policy. I’m still annoyed I wasted my precious 10 minutes in here!

Avoid wearing this place’s logo to avoid looking like a complete tool. Also, look up «Mike Jeffries» on Google to get a glimpse of the CEO. Aside from being a complete a-​hole, just look at him and his clothes. Gah!

I love this store all the clothes are cute. they are expensive but they last forever i have clothes that are more than 5 years old and they still look good. plus they have a bunch of clothes on sale so sometimes u can get cute shirts for $ 15. The music is too loud but i don’t mind.

The music is too loud in here! The clothes are overpriced! But I think the main reason why I don’t like it is because I constantly see people wearing these clothes! «How come a 15 year old is wearing a $ 50 cotton polo shirt when his mom could have got it at Target for $ 12 bucks?»
