7-Eleven

My favorite 7 – 11. I’ve not experienced anything less than respect when I am in there, and that’s from the employees to the owner.

The young middle eastern man who works the cash register during the midnight shift is very rude– he throws around my items and dumps my change in my hand all rude and then looks past me towards the next customer instead of a thanks or have a good day– very disappointed. He also man handled my slurpee :/

Very rude cashier — was watching me the whole time to check if I would steal– since I’m so indecisive I didn’t mind him watching me– until the end when he says «are you finally done»… So dam rude oh my gosh– I can’t even believe I’m just so speechless by his remark …

Poor customer service experience. Young arab kid workin the register, ignored customers greetings because he was listening to his conversation on his earpiece… and talking, while customer was asking him something. When I asked the guy for something, a few minutes later, he had me waiting at the register for about two minutes while he changed trash can liners, even after I asked to be ring me up.

The Customer service was great. The employee was very friendly and quick to ring up and the store was pretty clean. There are a lot of promotions right now which is also a plus.

This was my first and last time at a 7 – 11 gas station. The pump was a complete POS and now i’ll have to stop somewhere else to finish filling my tank.

I go to this 7 Eleven often. The gas prices are great. It can get sketchy right out front. I tend to pay at the pump because of that.

What can you say it’s a pretty new 7 – 11 so in good condition. I walked in mentioning I wanted coffee and the employee made
a new pot…
The scratch lottery tickets are NOT a hotspot! LoL. Bought at least $ 300 in just poker and most we’ve ever won is $ 100… But that was recently and before that only $ 20s.
But the shelves are always stalked so thumbs up there guys! It’s the neighborhood gas station — & like the tipster said, «There’s a Redbox® outside!»

Binder is the hardest working employee I’ve seen in a long time. In the beginning he didn’t seem like he was happy here, but he has really taken to the roll given him. I could see him eventually owning his own location. He always makes sure everything 7 – 11 carries that the customer wants is there… I’ve asked for certain candy, next shipment it was there…
The coffee is ALWAYS on point and I’m spoiled now with vanilla flavor… They have so many options in the coffee department that almost ever other 7 – 11 I’ve been to in the valley makes me miss this location.
The market sandwiches are also always fresh & the tuna is surprising really good… My ex roommate really like the egg sandwich and I hear the chicken is just as good… Oh AND the scratch tickets are getting better — actually really good! I will miss Binder when I move! awesome employees are hard to come by!
