Whenever I find myself having to shop there, I never know what type of service I am going to get. No one really comes over to ask you if you need any help, and when you do ask for a size you cant find and if they possibly have it in the back of their stock room, its always a right away«no» response or the famous“its whatever we have there” response. No effort to even go and check, it seems like a bother to them. Some of the cashiers are rude and some just seem annoyed and bored to be there. I can only count one cashier that was very friendly and made sure i found what i needed. Ive had better customer service at other childrens place stores, where the staff actually do approach you and do go out of their way to check the back stockroom for the size you want. I honestly think childrens place corporate offices need to evaluate the fresh meadows store and give the staff there customer service training 101.

I would not tell anyone to shop there, the cashiers are rude and mean, the store has less choices and crowded, don’t go there!

Cashier is so rude. I stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting to pay, while cashier was standing behind the register ignoring me. I finally said ‘can I pay for my things?’ And she sighed long and hard like I was bothering her. Isn’t that her job??? After the transaction, she pretty much threw the bag at me. This is the worst service ever rec’d. I would give a zero if I can. Never going back
