King David Carpet Cleaning

I would like to highly recommend King David Carpet Cleaning. I used their service to clean my carpets at home, and install new carpet in the bed room. The work that they did was excellent. My carpets looked like new.
In addition, I was highly pleased with their customer service. I called and left them a message. Within a short period of time I got a phone call, and was scheduled an appointment.

I purchased a Living Social deal for a carpet/​upholstery cleaning.
I attempted to schedule an appointment to utilize this deal to no avail. I had placed approximately 2 dozen calls and left multiple voicemails. Thinking perhaps email would be easier for this vendor, I emailed through their website. I have yet to receive ANY response from any of my attempts to contact them. Ultimately I was able to schedule an appointment through the company facebook account.
After all the trouble scheduling an appointment, I was expecting smooth sailing, wrong! One their technician finally show up both without a courtesy call to inform me what time he be around and also the machine was in a personal car (I have done this before and the previous two times, the companies had their own private van). After showing the coupon, the technician refused to clean the room and was insistent in accepting the so called free estimate (Make matter worst their website promotes discount deals). To make a long story short I called back who I believe is the supervisor explaining the situation. He promised both to call back in 20 minutes so he come personally visit my location and fix the issue and neither was accomplished.
I am flabbergasted at the lack of customer service and professionalism. Living Social ultimately refunded my coupon and I have filed a case with them to register my complaint. I’ll never use or recommend King David Carpet Cleaning.
