This place was def a hidden gem. We got the acai smoothie and mixed green juice which were both tastelicious! The food was also very healthy and def recommend the salmon teriyaki cooked to perfection. 5 stars cheers

Had an episode here: I decided to stop in for the first time on a cold night on my way home from work. I thought I’d grab a salad to take home. I order a salad w turkey burger, mozzarella, cucumbers and croutons. I hear the chef say he doesn’t like the way the turkey is smelling– I should pick something else. Okaaaaay?! I change it to chicken. I waited for the salad, then paid, grabbed my bag and went home. When I get home, I see that I have no mozzarella and a ton of broccoli… WTF? I was contemplating going back– but I paid $ 9.50 for that salad– so I went back. I was quickly greeted by the chef, who I explained the problem to. She immediately apologized and ran to make me a new one. The cashier verified that my order was screwed up, and she immediately gave me my money back– no questions asked. I thought that was pretty good service. However, the salad was average. It didn’t «wow» me one bit. I’ve had better salads at deli’s for cheaper. For a great salad I’ll stick to Salad Shack on Union Tpke. I might go back for a smoothie– that seemed to be a popular item. But never again for a $ 9.00 salad.

Just ordered here for the first time. Got the breakfast burrito and a healthy juice. The order came at a decent time but how are you not going to give me a straw for my saran wrapped juice, no napkins for my burrito and not even one ketchup packet? Step yo game up…

The place is definitely awesome. I stop by here from time to time and get the different protein shakes they have to offer and sometimes even make my own. I see the food they make and it is always fresh which might be why it takes a little longer but alas I like efficiency. Their menu is great and is definitely supports the Green Movement Collective. People want to eat better and healthier and Jugo would be the place to check out in that area. I have yet to try the BF burrito and I am definitely craving the bison burger. Heard from my friend that the sweet potato fries are awesome. 3.5 stars for this place, Yes I am a fan but sometimes they take too long to make something as simple as a protein shake. Too much chatter going on in the front with new faces all the time. Keep it consistent and the people will follow.

This place still fails to really impress me, but it’s the only place near my work where I can get some decent food. I got the teriyaki salmon platter this time, $ 13 after tax, which was pretty pricey considering this isn’t in Manhattan plus the salmon size was really small. It tasted pretty good, but I don’t understand how the food wasn’t hot. Both times I ordered here the food has been lukewarm as soon as I picked it up. The menu says it includes quinoa, but I’m pretty sure I was eating brown rice.

Real food, everything fresh! I always come here post-workout. Their menu makes me so happy. I’ve come several times and tried something new every time. That includes smoothies, wraps, and breakfast. (They’re just a few months old).

Came here for the juice bar. Smoothies menu was extensive. Location was a bit out of the way but easy enough to get to. I got the acai smoothie which was pretty good. Price was a bit high but then again this is a health food store. Given that there’s a dearth of juice bars and/or smoothie places in Queens this place is a welcome addition.

Really 2.5 stars, but wanted to round it out. I was so excited to see this new healthy eatery in the neighborhood — I’m a huge fan of Juice for Life in Bayside, but there’s nothing closeby that’s a good subsitutue. I walked in and the inside is gorgeous. Everything’s all brightly colored and brand new, and gorgeous. They serve Brooklyn brand coffee(which they promote) and have a huge assortment of smoothies and salad options. I decided to get the«Very Berry» smoothie — the menu’s a bit vague since it doesn’t specify that one can use a particular milk base. It was good(def everything fresh) but tasted tart. It needed some type of sweetener. I also bought a salad with chicken. I wish they had a «café style» way of preparing the salad, where the customer can see. When I arrived home, I was dissapointed. It felt more like an array of vegetables mixed in with chicken. There was almost no dressing or cheese and I had to pick out the(raw) huge pieces of broccoli and carrot. I don’t eat broccoli raw — something else that they should specify on the menu. The chicken also tasted rubbery/pre-cooked. I know they just opened, so I’m hoping they improve as time goes on. It’s a great concept, but still needs finetuning. For now, I’ll be going to JFL.

I don’t know if it is because they just opened but their service was great and juices tasted fresh. I got a green juice from there too and so far it was pretty good
