This is one of my go too spots for awhile now, no complaints here. One of the best things going here are the fries, they give a double heeping with every order, so be warned there small I would say beats most large orders from other places.

Fast, friendly and yummy food. Staff is always sweet, bathrooms are nice and clean. Wish they had Swiss cheese burgers on the menus. Other than that, it’s a good burgher joint.

You can go to The Capital Grille and get a wagyu burger with a glass of wine for $ 25 which is pretty much what i feel like i end up paying here for a fucking sloppy as mystery meat burger, some fries and a cola. They’ll charge you $ 5 for a drink just cuz. I don’t understand how they justify these prices. The burger is greasy and decent, but not for $ 10. That’s a $ 3 – 4 burger at most. In-N-Out charges like 2 – 3 bucks for a fresh never frozen patty with the best quality ingredients you can imagine for the toppings. Even the fries are hand cut and never frozen. I don’t understand 5 guys business model; you can honestly get a better burger at McDonald’s.

This is the second Five Guys location I’ve been to. I been to this location twice and it sure can get crowded especially during the warmer seasons when everyone is coming out to shop, watching movies at the theater, and etc. There isn’t a lot of seating area at this Five Guys, but there is a parking lot available in the back! Service is pretty quick. Staff are friendly and quick at taking orders. The burgers and fries here are pretty good like your standard Five Guys.

Your standard Five Guys Burgers and Fries. Staff always courteous, line is not too bad — and it is a quick ordering and then grabbing it to one of the tables or to go. Decent service and decently clean. Shares the same parking lot as Applebees, CVS, Qdoba and is nearby the Q17, Q88 and Q30 bus stops. Right across the street from Starbucks and Boston Market. Tasty burgers along with their Cajun fries? You are good to go! Nothing too special and nothing too bad.

Not typical of the other Five Guys in the Queens Area — Food & Service were on the money. Staff was super nice and cool. Place was very clean. Quite a lot of «Security Cameras» which makes me wonder what’s up. But, I definitely recommend it before catching a movie @ Fresh Meadows. Awesome Parking in the back, which is a huge plus with rear entrance. Thank you guys for taking care of us tonight and making our Burgers perfect!

Got the Oreo milkshake w whipped cream, wasn’t too good. Felt like I was drinking air with a little bits of Oreos randomly appearing.

Typical Five Guys(which is always a good thing. My burger was awesome as usual. Fries weren’t as good as they normally are, but maybe they had an off night. The location was empty when I came.

I came here twice, and the burgers here are great. The fries are good as well. You pretty get what you expect from a Five Guys burger place. The difference is the location good for those that drive, because its in fresh meadows. You can however take a bus. The prices here appear to be more expensive than the other five guys locations. It is conveniently near the AMC7 on Horace harding expressway, so this is a convenient place to eat right before or after the movies.

This is solely based on customer service, the food at five guys is always great. This specific location feels like a prison kitchen. Everyone is mean muggin. Trying to look tough and never smile! I mean wtf. Relax guy. You don’t like your job flipping burgers. Not my fault. And there’s one in particular dude who has the gayest eyebrows ever. Who knew a dudes brows can be threaded so shapely?!! He’s the prisons pretty boy I presume. Maybe that’s why he’s grouchy. The tables are always disgusting. The floor is gross. And the bathrooms. Jesus the bathrooms. It’s like pretty boys tears, pee and doodoo all blended in one and smeared across invisibly, and only detection is the smell. Good lord. Not enough tables and chairs, usually occupied by high school kids who curse because its cool. Perhaps they are training for a future prison position flipping patties. Oooohhhhh who lives in a pineapple under the sea… Smile people. Jesus.

I live in Fresh Meadows and I’ve only been here twice. I actually drive to the other Horace Harding Five Guys in Little Neck now… The workers are loud… and why was this guy rapping while making my food… that’s disgusting. It’s great that you’re having a great day and I don’t mind your passion for music, but not when you’re serving customer’s food. There is a time and place for everything. Either have your workers use mouth covers or limit them from talking so much. For crying out loud, you’re serving food… I’m giving 3 stars because at least the store itself is clean. The customer service isn’t OMG friendly, but they aren’t rude either so there are some upsides I suppose. Overall, talking in front of food while making the darn hamburgers is just a big turn off. Sorry, but I won’t be going back here unless they do something to fix it.

The workers are loud and ratchet. Fries and burger were mediocre. Def not worth the money in my opinion. Then again I was never a fan of five guys.

What a difference! I was just about ready to write this place off for good after my last visit but I got more than a few concerned calls from management, wanting to get to the bottom of the bad service I received and to encourage me to give them another chance to make things up. I’ve gone back a few random times since, and I’ve never again seen the snippy girl who took my order last time. In her place are servers who are nothing but warm and helpful, even with an order as simple as burgers and fries. The food has remained predictable, but in a happy way. Fries are hot and served in generous portions, and I was especially happy to watch the guy handling my burger change his meat-stained gloves before making my vegetarian one, even without my asking. My only qualms lie with the take out orders, which an be a little challenging because the paper cups that they’re put in allow the fries to condensate, and then they lose that fresh-fried crispiness that makes for such good eating when dining in. Still, I’m not one to complain about the occasional flaccid fry, especially when everything is made hot and fresh. There’s been a huge turnaround with service here and I’m happy to settle back into my fast food groove(though my waistline isn’t nearly as glad).

Five Guys, I’m putting all 5 of you on notice! $ 8.19 for the bacon cheeseburger WTH?!? I just did some research and the other 5G’s in the area(Little Neck, Bay Terrace, Whitestone) are charging $ 7.59 like you did last time I was here. I’m dropping a star because of those creeping up prices! I also checked the new 5G’s in Times Square and they’re charging an unreal $ 8.59. Another thing I noticed today while waiting for my order is that there’s only 1 slice of cheese between the patties compared to In-N-Out’s 1 slice per patty. I still love your burgers and all your toppings, but I’m throwing away my Dukedom because it’s just not worth it. Yo Unilocal, how do I abdicate my crown?

Five Guys definitely serves one of the better chain burgers. Burgers are juicy and while I appreciate having two patties, neither of them are particularly thick. There’s always plenty of cheese, and bacon, though. And their burgers have great structural integrity… I haven’t had one fall apart on me yet, which is something I truly appreciate in a burger. The fries can be hit or miss. They taste great, and the portions are fantastically huge, but sometimes they can be a bit soggy, which takes away from the overall fry eating experience. The service here is good, and the waiters/cooks have been nothing but polite to me. But the tables can be dirty, and the place is always deserted so I feel weird eating here.
